Story
Squier is a fun guy. He is vocal. He can be heard chirping and running at all hours, trying to get others to play with him. He loves to be pet. Once he bonds, he wants you to be part of his world. He will groom his favorite human. He is a very personable, sweet little man. Squier is 4-5 years old and weighs just under 12 pounds. Squier, Dean and Gibson, three kitties that came into Illinois Humane together and have been living in the same foster home, have become very bonded. They would be a wonderful, fun addition to a household, together. We would love to be able to keep them together. Due to the sore back, Squier is generally not wild about being picked up.

Story
Fender is a total sweetheart. He loves the other cats in the foster home, but he is not bonded. He is somewhat cautious around dogs, but has been observed snuggling with a gregarious young Dane. He is fairly mellow. Fender spends his day in the window watching the birds and chipmunks. He is a handsome orange tabby. He is approximately 8 to 9 years old. Fender developed a stubborn case of IBD, for which we had to resort to treating him with a chemo drug. Very fortunately it has worked well for him, he is doing well. He has to have prescription food and nothing else as it will send him into a spiral with his condition. He has been stable for quite a while. The chemo drug that worked for him, should he need it again, has to be specially compounded. He has to have 2 litter pans for his personal use, that is, both need to be personally his . . . so if there are other cats in the house they need to be excluded from the area where his litter boxes are. The foster has an area in their basement that only he has access to over night so he can use his personal boxes (he seems to like to have this alone time). He vocalizes to go into this area and does the same to come out. We need to emphasize, as set out above, he is a high maintenance cat, Even though he gets along with and seems to enjoy the company of other cats, maintaining him with other cats most likely will be a little challenging, given the fact he can only have the prescription food and he requires the two little boxes just for him. His foster home really loves him. He is such a wonderful cat, his foster home believes he deserves more individual attention then they are able to give him (simply due to the number of animals they have in the home).

Sugar is about 12 weeks old, a sibling of a litter of 6, and very sweet. She’s a shy kitty but she has been raised with small kiddos, other cats, and a dog. A quieter environment might be best for this little girl.
