Story
Meet Rosie! This sweet lady is looking for a nice home to finally retire into. She has a gorgeous coat and striking eyes. She would be a lovely addition to any home. All Pet Central animals are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over six-months of age are heartworm tested. When adopting, we will ensure that you receive copies of veterinary and microchip records. If you are interested in this pet, please fill out the brief Adopter Survey by hitting "Apply for Adoption" on the profile. After we review your completed survey we will contact you by phone or email within three business days. We're primarily a volunteer organization, so we appreciate your patience. Please note- Out of respect for our volunteers and staff, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays and will not be processing any applications on that day. Do get back to us right away when we call or email regarding an application so that we can quickly connect using the process below: Select a pet and submit an online adoption survey. A PCH adoption counselor will contact potential adopters within three business days (PCH cannot guarantee any pet's availability, but we make every effort to accommodate adopters with a reply and possible alternative suggestions). Counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet and determine the suitability of a match (if necessary, we may opt to put adopters in touch with foster parents). After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system *Please see our modified no-risk return policy. (below) The PCH adoption counselor will then set up a specific appointment time and location. Adopters should bring a pet carrier and leash to pick up. Adult pets will be wearing a collar. It is important that clients arrive on time, neither early nor late. If your adoption is scheduled at Pet Central Helps!: Upon arrival inside the Crossroads Center complex (360 Wylie Drive), look for the black Pet Central Helps! semi-trailer, which is right outside of our facility (Suite 720). Story
We rescued Chess as a kitten, as we saw him crossing the street near a busy intersection! He grew up with two older cays who didn't want to play with him very much, so he has made great bonds with humans, including kids! Chess loves to watch and take part in everything you do. A cute thing about him is that he will ever so gently nibble at your feet when he wants to you to take a break and play with him!

Story
Jaffe is the sweetest and gentlest boy. He was living in terrible circumstances, but Sterile Feral stepped in to give Jaffe a better life. We are partnering with them to find him his perfect home! For the past couple of months, Jaffe has been living his best life in a foster home. He gets along with other laid-back cats, but his true love is people. Jaffe is a big snuggler (especially at night). He loves food, and sleeping in comfy spots in the sun. He's a sweet older man who deserves to live the rest of his life in luxury (and with lots of snacks).

Story
This is Wren, short for Arwen (from the Lord of the Rings). She's approximately 11 years old, maybe 12. She is just the sweetest cat. She loves people, can tolerate dogs, but unfortunately doesn't do well with other cats. She needs to be in a single cat household. We took Wren in after my mother-in-law passed away. We already had 2 other younger cats. At first things went really well, but eventually we realized she had to be by herself. We had a spare bedroom in which she made her safe area, but we are now expecting a baby & will need the bedroom. Since Wren can't be with our other cats, we're hoping to find her a single cat home where she can give all the snuggles & get all of the pets she deserves, without being made anxious by other cats. I will provide food & litter for a year if you adopt her.

Story
Not only am I the most handsome boy you have ever seen, but I am also the most affectionate as well. If I could just cuddle up with you all day while I nap that would make my heart so happy. I would much rather have you by my side while I nap than be alone and I was hoping you would feel the same way!
