Story
My family recently found this cat a couple of weeks ago and was very malnourished and in very bad shape. We have worked hard to nurse him back to decent health but he is in desperate need of a loving and forever home. He is a very sweet and gentle cat and loves attention once he gets to know you. He can also be very shy at times and get scared easily as it seems he might have been abused at some point. He looks to be around a year old and we named him Smokey because if his gray and white pattern. My biggest fear is for him to go somewhere where he could starve, be abused/or mistreated, or be killed so my only ask and hope is that someone will take him and love him fully and take care of him as if he were a child. He deserves a loving home and I hope someone can help.

Story
Robin is approximately 4 months old. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. This medium-haired tuxedo cat with his charming “milk mustache,” white socks, and white torso is as unique in personality as he is in appearance. Robin is an independent spirit throughout the day, but when evening comes, he transforms into a snuggle expert, happily cozying up for warmth and affection. His curiosity knows no bounds—Robin is always observant, taking in the world around him and keeping a watchful eye on the other animals and his human companions. Though he’s not the first to jump into a wrestling match, he does enjoy playing with his littermates and has been raised alongside a large dog and three adult cats. Robin interacts with the older male cat in the home and is still figuring out the mystery of what a dog is. For a family looking for a cat with a balance of independence and affection, Robin is ready to make your home his new adventure! If you are interested in adopting Robin, please send an email to info@fixingtheunbroken.com or apply online at www.fixingtheunbroken.com.

Story
Loki is approximately 4 months old. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. True to his name, Loki is the playful leader of the pack, always ready for an adventure with a twinkle of mischief in his eyes. This medium-haired black cat is as spirited as he is sweet, using his cleverness to sneak up on his brothers for surprise pounces. Loki loves the company of his humans but is equally content to explore and entertain himself. He’s been raised with his littermates, a large dog, and three adult cats, getting along well with all and even trying to engage the dog in playful antics (despite their size difference!). Loki’s bold and curious personality is balanced by his gentle side, making him an entertaining and loving addition to any home. For a family looking for a cat with charm, energy, and a soft heart, Loki is ready to find his new realm. If you are interested in adopting Loki, please send an email to info@fixingtheunbroken.com or apply online at www.fixingtheunbroken.com.

Story
Monkey is playful but sweet and definitely a typical kitten! He likes to be petted and enjoys a brief hug or two. He has a quiet meow that sounds more like a chirp. This little baby came to the shelter as a very young kitten, and we're hoping that he'll find his permanent home soon! He is currently living in a foster home, so if you would like to meet him, please contact the shelter to schedule an appointment. NOTE - we have two kittens named Monkey - both in foster, so be sure to be clear on which one you'd like to meet! Please call the shelter at (706) 795-2868 to schedule a meet and greet.Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each.
