I was found living under a semi truck at a business with my mom. I was so little and scared until one day a lady came and said she would make sure we were never scared or hungry again. We left that loud place and went home where we always had food for our tummy, warm beds, toys LOTS of toys, and can you believe it, friends!! I was so excited. My mom found her new home very fast and I miss her but she promised I would find mine soon too. I’m a sweet boy and hope to get my own family soon

What’s a nice cat like me doing in a place like this? I am an 8 year old tiger kitty lady with cute big eyes. My fur is smooth and I am hoping to find a new home. It is hard moving out of your old home and looking for your next forever home, but I am going to try to be optimistic. If you come to the cat cafe in Deland I would love to meet you and talk about life together. Bring a few different treats and some toys, and we can have some fun. Being that I am middle-aged, I am not the high-maintenance cat that a kitten is. I am a bit more laid back and like to sit still and cuddle. Cocoa Location Text Rebecca 321-431-7225 Oaklynn was found in early September, sick and very weak. She was lying face down in a drain pipe. With lots of love and care, she has improved and is now ready for adoption. She is about 6 months old, up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped and FIV/FELV negative. She loves to be pet. She will sit in laps for pets, and also likes to be held. If she gets nervous while being held, she will nuzzle her head into her person’s neck to feel safe. She is an excellent biscuit maker. She does enjoy many smooches too. She is very playful and active. Her favorite toys are the spring and kicker toys. She enjoys putting her mice in the water bowl for a cleaning too. Another one of her favorite things to do is eat! Oaklynn did live outside for some time. Since in our care, she does get spooked by loud noises and quick movements. She may need some extra time to come around, but so far, she has adjusted pretty quickly with new people and new environments. LIKES/DISLIKES/OTHER ANIMALS/CHILDREN: Oaklynn does well with other cats and really wants to play. She would do best with another kitty who is playful. She hasn’t been around dogs, but would probably do ok with cat friendly, calmer pups. She hasn’t been around kids. Since wet food is 75% moisture and dry food only 10%, that is huge for our felines. Cats need wet food daily to avoid a lot of dehydration related medical problems long term like urinary tract issues which can lead to litter box avoidance and kidney disease or obesity issues linked to diabetes.. We were able to rescue her, and get her a surgery to correct the issue. She is now doing well! She is spayed, up to date on shots, microchipped and FIV/FELV negative. She is about 3 months old. She has lots of energy, but also likes to cuddle and snuggle too. She is a huge purr machine! LIKES/DISLIKES/OTHER ANIMALS/CHILDREN: Butters loves to eat and play. She loves to jump up and “tightrope” on narrow ledges. Once she is tired, she’ll sleep on her foster mom’s lap. She likes to be held and to be pet. She also loves making biscuits on her soft, mush blanket. Her favorite toys are the worm with the bell on the end , any soft ball she can carry away, and any ball she can play soccer with. She’s quite athletic. Butters does very well with other kitties. She loves to play with them, especially the younger kitten that is in foster care with her. She also likes to snuggle with them.
