Story
Hello, I'm Manning an 11-year-old neutered male Black Tabby. I have really nice markings and striking green eyes. I came to Safe Place with my brother Morris but turns out we prefer to have our own spots up on the catwalk, so we are being adopted separately now. I'm a social guy and once I know you, I'm happy to play especially if you have my favorite treats or toys. The staff at Safe Place say I have an entertaining personality. I would do best with either a senior or single person that just wants a pal to come home to. I don't like to share the stage with other cats or dogs, however. My $100 adoption donation includes the usual FVRCP, Rabies, FeLV/FIV test which was negative, a microchip, and a starter bag of food. But wait.... I also come with my own cat bed, a scratcher for my claws, toys, and a carrier. Visit www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application today!

Story
Gus is a playful, social guy who has a gorgeous medium-length coat. He is obsessed with playing with any form of a moving string - shoelaces and another cat’s tail included! Gus loves to climb on everything and keeps himself entertained. He is also very affectionate and loves to snuggle with his foster siblings (Sonic and Carrot if you are looking for a pair or trio!) He does need to be in a home with another friendly cat. Gus is approximately 5 months old. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and FIV/FeLV negative. He is being fostered in Northglenn. If you are interested in adopting this adorable boy, please submit an application today! https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/catadoptionapplication/

Story
Smart, inquisitive, funny, energetic, sweet, sensitive, and well behaved. He loves the outdoors not really a fan of the harness, and can kind of get hissy when putting it on, but he does well with positive reinforcement, and is a great adventurer buddy. He is shy, and can be nervous of loud sounds, but positive reinforcement has been working on helping him to become confident. He does have sensitive back feet, and will need to be swaddled and have treats on hand for trimming. He is a quick learner, and just needs someone to understand him and go at his pace. He is worth every bit of effort you put into him. His love for you is like the warmth of the sun. He understands when you have things to do, and will relax with you and not destroy anything. He doesn’t scratch the furniture and loves a scratching posts. He especially loves to climb! Any way for an outdoor climbing area, and he is set! He loves spring toys so he can chase them around the house, and he loves for you to encourage him.

Story
Hello there! My name is Ban&#39ei. I&#39m a sweet and shy DMH Tortoiseshell lady born around April 22, 2018. My striking green eyes carefully observe all activity around me. Even though I might tuck myself away shyly when we first meet, I will come out of my safe space for gentle pets and yummy wet food. Life before coming to Wild Blue Cats was cramped, as I shared my space with many other cats in an apartment. This means I&#39m comfortable snuggling with other feline friends but a little reserved when it comes to human interaction. I&#39ve gradually learned the joy of one-on-one human companionship. I enjoy gentle pets and being brushed, which is perfect as it has helped my fur grow back where I was shaved due to matting. My coat looks beautiful especially with good food to fill me out a bit. Because I did not have much human interaction in the past, I&#39m still working on being calm around daily activity and noise and it would be best if I could go to a quiet, stable home where my adopters will continue to help me grow in my confidence. I dream of a quiet space where I can bloom at my own pace, feeling safe and cherished. I have been around quiet cats all my life and I would be thrilled to be adopted with one of my relatives since we often cuddle and comfort one another. In a new home, I will need time to adjust in a small space until I feel at ease, and gradually be allowed access to other rooms in the home. I&#39m not sure how I would react with a dog; my focus is just comfort with my human. If you have had experience with cats and your home is peaceful and patient, we could be a great match. I could consider older teenagers as long as they are gentle and calm in nature as well. If you are interested in meeting me, please fill out an application online at www.wbcats.org/adopt.November 5, 2024, 5:36 pm

Story
Hi, I&#39m Zoia, a sweet and tiny domestic medium hair brown tabby girl born around February 23, 2010. I am blind but I&#39m in great health and have adapted well to my surroundings. I have learned to navigate the world in my own special way. I&#39m from El Paso, TX, and what I love most is being close to people. Getting pets and attention makes me the happiest, and I can be quite vocal about my desire for lap time. I enjoy gentle strokes on my fur and some brushing is nice. To help with some ease in mobility, the vet has started me on a monthly med called Solensia to help ease my joints and help me get around more comfortably. Because of my blindness, I feel more comfortable and secure in a smaller, safely arranged space where I can easily find my way around. I&#39m looking for someone special who understands my needs for safety and love, someone who appreciates the warmth and affection I have to offer. I&#39m very sweet and absolutely adore receiving attention; it&#39s my favorite thing next to a good snuggle session. I am a special senior lady with a heart of gold, and I&#39m ready to give all my love to my new forever family. I believe that love isn&#39t seen with the eyes but felt with the heart, and I promise to be the most loving, loyal companion. A quiet home without children or dogs would be an ideal home for me. If you&#39re looking for a gentle companion to share quiet moments with, please consider sharing your life with me. Please apply online at www.wbcats.org/adopt so we can start our lives together.November 5, 2024, 5:36 pm

Story
Hi there, I&#39m Hayle! I&#39m a handsome black and white male DMH with a little white splash on my forehead. I was born around August 13, 2018, and even though I&#39m on the shy side, I am super sweet and I&#39ve got a lot of love to give once you get to know me. My siblings and I recently came to Wild Blue when our elderly owner was no longer able to care for us. We grew up with regular brushing, so if I&#39m a little tense, a gentle brushing session totally calms me, and it&#39s a great way to become friends with me. You&#39ll know how much I&#39m enjoying it because my purr is *loud*--like, really loud! I&#39m not exactly a lap cat, but I *love* getting pets right next to you--especially those amazing butt rubs! Also, I feel safe in a small space; it reminds me of my previous home where I hung out in the closet when I wanted to chill. Having my own space where I can relax and take life in small increments, is really what I am hoping in my next home. I&#39ll always appreciate gentle attention and affection from my humans, and will just need some help in boosting my confidence. Churu treats and regular brushing sessions will not only strengthen our bond but help keep my coat luxurious. I get along well with other cats and would be happy in a home with some gentle feline buddies, but I feel some time alone to recharge is also important. A small cubby to call my own would be wonderful. I tend to hide when I&#39m around sassy girls or bossy temperaments. If you have other pets, it is important to follow Wild Blue&#39s instructions for a slow gradual introduction. Also, I probably would be much happier in a dog-free home. A calm, low-key home with older kids (12+ years) would be ok as long as everyone understands that I need patience and dedication, and some quiet time once in a while. I recently had a dental visit and my recovery is going well. I am used to a quiet home so that is what I am seeking and need. If you&#39re looking for a very sweet, low-key companion who enjoys affection, and you are willing to give me time to flourish, I&#39d love to meet. Please apply online at www.wbcats.org/adopt to start the approval process.November 5, 2024, 5:36 pm
