Hi there, I&#39m Hayle! I&#39m a handsome black and white male DMH with a little white splash on my forehead. I was born around August 13, 2018, and even though I&#39m on the shy side, I am super sweet and I&#39ve got a lot of love to give once you get to know me. My siblings and I recently came to Wild Blue when our elderly owner was no longer able to care for us. We grew up with regular brushing, so if I&#39m a little tense, a gentle brushing session totally calms me, and it&#39s a great way to become friends with me. You&#39ll know how much I&#39m enjoying it because my purr is *loud*--like, really loud! I&#39m not exactly a lap cat, but I *love* getting pets right next to you--especially those amazing butt rubs! Also, I feel safe in a small space; it reminds me of my previous home where I hung out in the closet when I wanted to chill. Having my own space where I can relax and take life in small increments, is really what I am hoping in my next home. Hatfield and Harvey Barnum are a bonded pair of sweet kitties with special needs. They are estimated to be six months old. They love pets and are ready to purr! Hatfield is a moderate male CH kitty who can walk on hard floor and carpet, but often flops over or runs into walls. He sometimes gets the zoomies and cruises chaotically around the house. Harvey Barnum is a female on the severe side of the spectrum. She can drag herself around and briefly stand. Harvey Barnum lays down in the litter box but is able to use it if it&#39s easily accessible. They do have accidents while trying to use the litter box, but will cooperate with a shallow bath. Their litter box is modified and includes a tray to minimize the mess. They are the sweetest kitties and Harvey Barnum will pull herself around your legs in a figure eight. They snuggle with each other and engage in hilarious wrestling matches. They can prop up to eat and drink water independently. To keep them safe they stay in a playpen or a crate at night or while we are gone. I provide a heating pad for them to snuggle on at night to help them regulate temperature in their play pen or crate. Hatfield can get into trouble as he is mobile enough to get under things and can&#39t always get out without help. Harvey Barnum just hangs out on the rugs where she can easily get to her litter box, food and water. Both are great eaters and enjoy soft food twice per day, and hard food is made available consistently. Currently they are eating royal canine soft and Friskies hard food throughout the day. They prefer a bowl of water to our water fountain at this point. They are both fixed and current on immunizations. I was born around August 13, 2018, and while I&#39ve had a little rough patch with an eye infection, my limited vision in my right eye doesn&#39t stop me from living a happy life. I&#39m a gentle soul who loves slow, soft pets and brushing--honestly, brushing is one of my favorite things and it will help to keep my coat looking luxurious. I&#39m also okay with being held, so if you&#39re looking for a kitty who enjoys a bit of cuddle time, I&#39m your guy. I do have a bit of a wobbly gait, and I&#39m getting some extra care with a monthly med called Solensia hoping it could help my joints feel better.
