Ursula can still go home with you today, but will do so under the heading of "Foster to Adopt" until her spay is completed, at which time her adoption can be finalized. Potential adopters must be able to take Ursula to her appointment (drop off time is typically around 8:45-9:30am). For adoption applications:1.
