Fernando is a gentle 10-week-old black kitten with a soft, sleek coat and soulful eyes that seem wise beyond his weeks. Though playful and curious like most kittens, Fernando has a calm and thoughtful side, often content to sit quietly and watch the world with a serene grace. Rather than diving into rough play, he prefers peaceful moments and gentle affection, embodying the sweet, tender spirit of his namesake, Fernando the bull.Though he has plenty of love for a game of pounce or a cozy snuggle, Fernando is happiest curled up beside his favorite humans or gazing out the window at the world around him. Each cat adoption fee of $125 includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, rabies vaccine and tag (age 3 months and up), microchip, deworming, flea/tick/heartworm preventative, testing for feline AIDS, leukemia, and heartworms, a free starter bag of Hills Science Diet, and coupons from area businesses.Please make sure you review the following as part of the adoption process:Adopter must be 18 years of age or older.A current government-issued photo ID (no student IDs) - such as a driver`s license, state ID, passport, military ID, etc.Have a Meet and Greet with the animal and our adoption coordinator (These can be a virtual Meet and Greet session due to COVID-19)Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier with them when picking up their new pet.The Haven accepts cash, check debit/credit cards, or money orders.* For adopters of cats and dogs aged 6 months or less, or those with a medical condition preventing immediate spaying or neutering, The Haven requires a signed Spay/Neuter (S/N) Agreement and a $100 cash deposit, refundable upon completion of the spay/neuter procedure.

This guy is a big mosh he loves to be babied and spoiled! He is kind of needy it’s very cute to see a big cat act like a little kitten. He has a sweet personality and enjoys canned food as well as dry! He would love a screen porch if possible. Indoor kitties are safest . He was found dumped and needed vet care, all scuffed up . Rouse is a great companion and loves to look out a big window.
