If you'd like to meet Vicky, please read her full profile. Once you've done that and would like to move forward, we ask that you then visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements and schedule an on-site appointment. www.ggohinc.com ❤️”ADOPT LOVE”❤️ This beautiful gal is just another forgotten kitty of the streets. Vicky is a stray who had been hanging out in a neighborhood here in New Richmond where she was being fed but no one was giving her an actual home. During the previous winter she was taking shelter in a shed that she could enter by a hole in the side. A concerned party brought this to our attention as the shed hole was being closed up for this winter and where then would she go from the elements and to be safe. We knew we needed to get her off the streets. Shy and unsure but already making progress. Vicky needs someone to give her lots of love and be patient with her. Look into those eyes and tell her she's not worth the effort - can't, can you. We couldn't either. Approx. DOB 10/26/2020.

If you'd like to meet RiRi, we ask that you visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements, and to schedule an on-site appointment. Walk-in hours are also available should that be more convenient. www.ggohinc.com Riri was seen wandering around in a neighborhood for several months with no owner located. As the weather began to turn colder, it was time to get this young lady off the streets. Welcome to a better life, RiRi! RiRi is just the sweetest cat - so much so that we are perplexed as to why she didn't have a home. But, we're putting all that behind her and promised her we would find her the best home ever where she will never have to worry about being lonely, hungry, or afraid, ever again. She is a chill gal who just wants to be loved. She's good with other cats. Dogs are an unknown as we haven't had the opportunity to she her interact with them. Good with children, although as we do caution anyone thinking of added a long haired cat into their family, toddlers like to grab and pull and a long haired cat isn't always the best idea for those situations. And, as with any long haired cat, there comes the extra responsibility of keeping her knot and tangle free - routine brushing of that gorgeous coat is essential so please keep that in mind, too. Are you ready to meet our sweet girl? She's waiting! RiRi has an approx. DOB of 10/8/2018.

Story
Meet the cutest and most playful 4-5 month old kittens, Trapper Keeper and Birdie! These two girls will be looking for a forever family that wants nothing more than to have TWO adorable, playful, silly kittens to add a little fun to their home. Trapper Keeper is a medium-hair brown tabby with the fluffiest tail; she is about 4 months old. Keeper’s bright yellow eyes, softest silky hair, along with the cutest tufts of hair coming out of her tiny ears truly make her the cutest kitten out there! She is a lover and enjoys getting on the couch with her humans, laying on the softest blankets, and snuggling on her human’s lap while they work from home. She’s your built-in shadow; if you are in the kitchen, she will be right there with you, at your feet reminding you it is most likely dinnertime or close to it! She meows like a fierce lion, and it includes a cute nose wrinkle! Throughout the day you will find her playing with her pal, they love to chase after each other, play in tunnels, chase their toys, and wrestle. Birdie is a gorgeous tabico; she is STUNNING! Her face mask is perfect! Birdie is approximately 5 months old, very friendly and outgoing. She loves it when you pet her head and tell her she is such a good girl! She loves playtime with a fun wand toy, a tunnel, ping pong balls and will capture all annoying flies in the house! She is a very active girl and spends the day discovering new toys in the toy box and enticing her pal to play as much as she can. She too is a shadow; if you enter a room and close the door, she will wait patiently for you to open it back up! After a day filled with playtime, Birdie is the first in bed, ready to snuggle next to her humans for a good night’s rest. These best friends haven’t been around young children; however, I do believe they would do well with kids 10 and over. They currently live with a chill dog and a resident cat. If you are looking for two sweet and active girls who will give you a lifetime of love, laughter, and companionship, please put in an application for these cuties! There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate. Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption. Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat? Please fill out Pet Haven's adoption application: http://bit.ly/2fd9U2F

Story
Sky's approximate date of birth is August 29, 2023. She is spayed and vaccinated. She tested negative for FIV/Felv and she has a registered microchip. Her adoption fee is $250.00 + tax. (Sky and Ember must be adopted together) Sky: Welcome to The Purrfect Match! Where we bring cats and humans together, forever! I am your host and today we will be meeting the Beautiful Sky. 1. What are you most looking for in an adopter? I am looking for someone who is patient, kind and understanding. Someone who will love me unconditionally for who I am. I was born outdoors and though I have come very far, I am still learning how to trust and live the indoor life. 2. What do you think is important for a healthy human cat relationship? I think trust is very important both ways. I need to trust that a human will forever provide safety, love, toys, comfort, and a trip to the doctor if I ever don't feel good. My human can trust me to be kind and comforting when they need it too. It just might take me a little longer than a 'normal' kitty. 3. What is the best gift you've ever received? I would say my foster mama bringing me indoors from the scary outdoors. Also my kitty cave bed, I love napping in it because it makes me feel safe. 4. Are you more of an introvert or extrovert? At the moment I am 75% extroverted. I am working really hard on being confident! Sometimes I still just need my alone time. When I am out and about I enjoy pets and scratches, laying on a lap, and being picked up and snuggled. When I am in my cave bed I am recharging my social battery and want to be left alone. Ember is inspiring me though and I am getting better! 5. Do you have any pet peeves? When I am in my cave bed and my foster mama tries to pet or pick me up. I get upset and hiss. Only because I want left alone and am a little scared. I have never hurt anyone. 6. How do you prefer to relax in your free time? I enjoy taking naps with Ember, laying on a window shelf, basking in the sunshine and grooming myself. Also recharging in my cave bed. 7. Are you a morning person or a night owl? Both. I can be awake and alert with my human in the morning in no time, but sometimes I also enjoy playing with Ember or chasing a ball at midnight. I don't do it for long though because I know everyone is sleeping. 8. Is there anything you are scared of? The outdoors and unpredictable things like loud noises and movements. A human coming at me quickly also scares me because I don't know what they are doing to do. Humans weren't nice to me when I was little and lived outdoors but my foster mama says I am doing so good at overcoming that experience! 9. If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you? Unlimited canned food for sure, a girl has to eat! My sister Ember and my cave bed. 10. Would you relocate for the perfect adopter? Absolutely! My foster mama lives in the middle of nowhere and she said she is willing to give me a ride anywhere for the perfect human. 11. What is your most favorite food? Any canned food really, but I especially like chicken and tuna. Treats too of course! 12. How much alone time do you typically need? I would say about 25% of my time right now is alone time, but I am getting better at being confident and wanting to be around humans! I have always been on the independent side and don't ask for much or make a fuss. My foster mama calls me a 'typical tuxedo'. 13. Have you ever lived with another cat or a dog? Yes. I was born outside and lived with a handful of other big cats and also my family. I like living with other cats, especially my sister Ember. My foster mama introduced me to a dog and he was big but nice, and I think I could live with a dog as long as they are nice. 14. Who is your best friend and why are they your best friend? My best friend is my sister Ember. She is my best friend because she plays with me, comforts me and snuggles with me. She inspires me to come out of my shell and be confident. We have always been there for each other and I would be lost without her. 15. What is a non-negotiable that you need in an adopter? I need my human to be my forever human. I never want to live outside ever again and I have heard how scary shelters are, I never want to go there. I also need my human to understand that I may be a little scared when I move in at first, but I promise as soon as we establish trust I will be myself and will work hard on being their friend and confidant. 16. Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself? I am a good girl. I always use the bathroom box, keep my fur clean and pretty, and don't scratch furniture and only use my scratchers. I won't ask for much and even though I may be scared at first, I will try my best to become the real me. I love love the indoor life and it's where I belong. I am hoping to find a couple to adopt me and Ember together. I think I will be able to have more confidence and comfort with her in my life forever. Perhaps a couple where one human wants a needy snuggly kitty and the other wants an independent aloof one? I know my perfect adopters are out there and I can't wait to meet them! *If you would be interested in meeting a Saving Tails Animal Rescue pet or being considered for an adoption, please complete an adoption application at savingtails.org. Saving Tails Animal Rescue (STAR) is a 501(c)3 registered no-kill, non profit animal rescue. All animals are placed in loving foster homes until their forever family finds them. Story
If you'd like to meet Birdie, we ask that you visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements, and to schedule an on-site appointment. Walk-in hours are also available should that be more convenient. (Please read Birdie's full profile before coming to meet her.) www.ggohinc.com Birdie has a bit of a complicated story - well maybe not complicated, but one that you need to be aware of before proceeding with any inquiry. Birdie had a home - she had been adopted. (Her history prior to adoption is unknown by us as the rescue organization who initially had her is no longer in operation.) Birdie snuck out of the house, was trapped, and brought back to her adopter. While she was roaming about, her adopter had gone out and gotten another kitten. Birdie escaped again, then trapped again, but this time the adopter did not want her back. We can make some assumptions here but that isn't always the best thing to do so instead, we are just going to state what facts we know, look for the best home for her, and be up-front with any potential adopter about some "possibilities". It's possible that Birdie did not like her new home - could be any number of reasons for that. It's possible Birdie did not like her new owner. It's possible Birdie wasn't a fan of the new kitten. It's possible Birdie didn't really sneak out. It's possible Birdie likes being outside (and if so, there are ways to allow her to do that safely). Birdie's Maine Coon breed will surely generate a lot of attention for her but we are going to be very cautious and advocate for the best possible home for her so that all those possibilities are less likely to become realities. We want to ensure that Birdie goes to a home where she will feel safe, loved, and cared for in all the right ways. So please, take all of Birdie's story into account before inquiring about her. We are Birdie's interim caretakers and we are going to see to it that this time, she ends up in her new home forever - and ever! Birdie has been taking her time adapting to her new surroundings and we expect that of wherever she lands this time as well, so please be aware of that, too. She's a sweet gal, but it may take a bit for her to trust you. Patience is the key word here - patience and lots and lots of love. She is okay with other cats/kittens - dogs are unknown. Due to her potential to escape if not careful with open doors, we are advising no young children. Birdie is going to be a fabulous companion so don't let us scare you away from meeting her - all we ask is that you consider the possibilities. Birdie has an approx. DOB of 3/29/2022.
