Story
Meet Catman, a one-year-old Domestic Long Hair cat weighing 8.5 pounds. Catman was brought in as a stray with Batma, both had very matted fur that required us to shave them, we are looking for a home that won`t allow them to mat like that again. Catman is a shy boy who is looking for someone who will give him some time to come out of his shell. We recommend starting him in a small room of the house like a bathroom until he is comfortable with you. Interested in adopting this or another YHS pet? Please complete our adoption questionnaire found at: https://yakimahumane.org/adopt/apply/Our adoption fee includes a lovable companion, spay/neuter, vaccinations and intestinal worming, flea/tick treatment, rabies vaccine (for pets over 3-4 months of age) and a microchip with nationwide registration. Your adoption fee helps support YHS and our spay/neuter efforts in the community to end overpopulation of cats and dogs.If you have any questions, please e-mail us at adoption@yakimahumane.org.

Meet Batman, a one-year-old Domestic Long Hair cat weighing 9.5 pounds.Batman was brought in as a stray with Catman. They were both very matted when they were brought in, so we had to have them shaved down. We are looking for a home that will prevent them from ever matting like that again. Batman is a shy cat at first, he needs someone who will give him some time to warm up. However, he does love his cheek and butt rubs! Interested in adopting this or another YHS pet?
