Once she does we think she will be a nice little companion! She came to the shelter with some pretty bad matting on her fur. This means that regular brushing is a must! She has lived with another cat (she came in with Tabitha) and done well but will still need slow and proper introductions to any resident pets in the home.

She would do best as the only pet in the home, and she will need a cat savvy person who will understand her limitations and be patient with her. Lina also has a condition called IMHA or Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia, that requires her to be on long term medication. Lina also has asthma, chronic kidney disease, arthritis, anemia, and will need routine blood work, which should be monitored twice yearly. Lina also requires a special prescription diet.
