Story
Glinda is a 5-year-old long-haired Siamese with a striking appearance and a personality all her own. While her meow may sound a bit demanding, don’t let that fool you – she’s simply trying to get your attention! Glinda is a talkative cat who loves to be noticed and spoiled with affection. She has a strong presence and will quickly make herself known, often calling out for a little love or a scratch behind the ears. This beautiful girl enjoys lounging in cozy spots, but she’s also playful and loves to interact with her humans. Glinda might take a little time to warm up to new people, but once she’s comfortable, she’s a loving and loyal companion who thrives on attention. Her luxurious fur requires a little extra grooming, but she doesn’t mind as long as it means spending quality time with you.If you’re looking for a cat who will keep you company and isn’t afraid to let her voice be heard, Glinda could be the perfect fit! This pet is available for adoption at the Ellensburg Humane Society. If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been processed. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday.A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal`s picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is life saving. Before you go searching for free kittens or kittens for sale, check your local Shelters for available cats and kittens that have been vetted and are ready to go home. Adopt Don`t Shop.
