Story
Hi, I'm Reggae, a shy and independent kitty looking for a calm and understanding home! I prefer to spend my time in a quiet cubby where I feel safe, but once I warm up to you, you'll see my sweet and gentle side. I'd thrive in a home with kids over 10 who can respect my need for space, but I might also do well with younger, cat-savvy kids who understand how to give me time to settle in. I'm excited to find a loving family that will let me be myself while helping me grow more confident. Could I be the kitty you're looking for?Reggae would do best in a home with:-Children over 10 Primary Color: Grey Secondary Color: White Weight: 12.88 Age: 3yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
Hello there, I'm Serious, a 5-year-old big, cuddly guy who's ready to steal your heart! Despite my name, I'm all about sweet moments and soft purrs. I'm a gentle giant who adores affection - whether it's head scratches, chin rubs, or a cozy cuddle in your arms. I have a love for the finer things in life, like lounging on a high perch to gaze out the window or tucking myself into a quiet nook for some peaceful downtime. I'm not picky about my affection, either - pets of all kinds are welcome, and I'm happy just being near my favorite people. If you're looking for a big love who will fill your home with warmth, I'm the purrfect match. Come visit me at KHS today! Primary Color: Black Weight: 17.13 Age: 5yrs 6mths 3wks

Story
Tiger is a gentle guy who’s looking for a purrson of his very own! He’s a style icon (having a tail is soooo last year), a pro gymnast, a lover of gourmet dining (only the finest prescription food for him), and a hide and seek expert. Tiger sometimes gets a little spicy when overstimulated, so he’d do best living with adults or older kids who will respect his boundaries and give him space to recharge. If you’re looking for a quiet but affectionate new friend with lots of love (and head bonks) to give, Tiger’s your guy – if you’re lucky he might even make you some biscuits.Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. Story
Meet Precious! This sweet senior enjoys head scritches (as seen in the video) and cozying up next to her person. She prefers a nap over playtime, though she`s starting to feel better and play a little more. Precious would do best in a calm, quiet home as your one and only. Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. Story
Please note: Harley must be the only cat in the household. He will come with a self-cleaning litter box and other goodies. My husband adopted Harley from his grandmother after she passed away. Harley is an adorable small male cat with beautiful white and gray hair. He weights no more than 15 lbs. He is a very good nature cat and gets a long with everybody young or old. Although it may take him awhile to adjust to a new place, he does socialize and will let anyone pets him. He is never ever aggressive, however he does growl and yowl when he’s stressed out but he will not swat at anybody. Harley is a very sweet natured cat and very family friendly. He will cozy up to you and give you light taps to let you know that he wants to be pet. He is very friendly and sociable toward certain house guests. However on most days, he will want to hide away to a corner, closet or under the bed so you’d have to come find him. Harley is potty trained and he does well in a robot litter.

Story
Maisie is an energetic girl with a sassy personality. She loves to cuddle up on the couch or in bed but also has no problem telling you when she needs to be left alone. She would do well in a home with no other pets but I could see her slowly coming around to living with another dog since she does love being with my dog. Maisie is a sweet girl but will require a lot of patience because she does become scared around new animals. She’s great with other people.

Story
We got Oz in January of 2021 when he was 8 weeks old. His birthday is November 23rd, 2020. He is low maintenance excluding the fact that a previous uterine blockage has led the vet to suggest he stay on a special urine tract prescription food to prevent reoccurence. He is rather lazy, he would gladly spend all day laying in someone's lap. He is friendly and quick to get along with people and other cats. He does not like dogs. We want him to go to a home where he will receive the love and affection he desires. He was an indoor only cat for most his life but has been an indoor/outdoor cat for the last 6 months.
