Story
For The Cats' Sake BLONDIE is a beautiful kitty who came to us with her adorable kittens when we rescued them from outside an apartment building. She is the sweetest once she trusts someone, and is a tough girl who deserves all the love and security she can get. BLONDIE was an excellent mama cat who took such great care of her babies. We can now stroke her and even pick her up, which is a long way from the semi-feral momma cat she was when we took her in. BLONDIE would make a wonderful pet for someone to win that special trust, and give her a forever home. She does love a little outside space, like a porch or deck, and she's good with other cats. Please fill out our online form if you might be interested in adopting this beauty: https://form.jotform.com/81848821130152   ONLINE ADOPTION FORM:        https://form.jotform.com/81848821130152 We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life. TNR and a whole lot more... November 2, 2024, 3:27 pm

Story
**Must Remain an Indoor Cat**Oh hi, good day. My name is Milt, but I actually prefer going by Milton. I am a dapper cat who loves to watch the world around me from the comfort of my own bed, or box. I came from a hoarding situation, where I was socialized with lots of other cats, but I only had one other human in my life, so I’m still a little shy around people. While my friends like to pile on top of each other to get your head and back rubs, I’d rather sit quietly and stare deep into your soul. I do hope one day I will enjoy cuddles, but what I lack in physical closeness, I make up for in deep heartfelt companionship. I hope to be your perfect match!Milt's date of birth is 08/02/21.If your house is missing a sweet and playful kitty, please submit an adoption application at https://www.fayettefcar.com/ready-to-adopt where you can also review FCAR’s adoption requirements. All FCAR adoptable cats have been spayed or neutered, are current on all vaccines, negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia, on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, microchipped, and come with a 30-day pet health guarantee. The adoption fee is $95 with an approved application. A home inspection is required prior to all cat adoptions. For more information about this animal and other please visit our website at fayettefcar.com or contact us at 901/854-2565. I'm a kitten, gentle and a bit shy with a beautiful long black coat. I'm also an Olympic athlete, in a manner of speaking. My arena? The shelter. My sport? Well I am named after a swimmer, but I'd rather my only experience with water be my water bowl. I'm looking for a human who understands that I need a little time to come out of my shell. But once I do, I promise, we'll have a great time together. Adopt me, and let's make our own Olympic memories."Biondi's date of birth is 6/18/2024.We are offering a special right now where you can adopt any 2 felines and pay only one adoption fee of $95!!If your house is missing a sweet and playful kitty, please submit an adoption application at http://www.fayettefcar.com/applicationform, where you can also review FCAR’s adoption requirements. All FCAR adoptable cats have been spayed or neutered, are current on all vaccines, on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, microchipped, and come with a 30-day pet health guarantee (local adoptions only.) I'm just a kitten, but I dream big. I imagine myself as an Olympic gymnast, gracefully leaping from one spot to another, my movements as fluid as water. I'm a bit shy, you see, but that doesn't stop me from having grand dreams. I'm gentle too, always careful not to scratch or bite. I may be quiet, but I have a lot to offer.
