Story
**Must Remain an Indoor Cat**Oh hi, good day. My name is Milt, but I actually prefer going by Milton. I am a dapper cat who loves to watch the world around me from the comfort of my own bed, or box. I came from a hoarding situation, where I was socialized with lots of other cats, but I only had one other human in my life, so I’m still a little shy around people. While my friends like to pile on top of each other to get your head and back rubs, I’d rather sit quietly and stare deep into your soul. I do hope one day I will enjoy cuddles, but what I lack in physical closeness, I make up for in deep heartfelt companionship. I hope to be your perfect match!Milt's date of birth is 08/02/21.If your house is missing a sweet and playful kitty, please submit an adoption application at https://www.fayettefcar.com/ready-to-adopt where you can also review FCAR’s adoption requirements. All FCAR adoptable cats have been spayed or neutered, are current on all vaccines, negative for FIV/Feline Leukemia, on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, microchipped, and come with a 30-day pet health guarantee. The adoption fee is $95 with an approved application. A home inspection is required prior to all cat adoptions. For more information about this animal and other please visit our website at fayettefcar.com or contact us at 901/854-2565. Story
Im so heartbroken. Ever since we had our baby our long haired cat, Ellie, is not okay. Her litter box is in our garage which is the only spot my husband will let me put it. But she feels she can’t get to it because she has to go through the main areas of our house first which means sneaking by our recently walking toddler. I am at my wits end cleaning up pee. She was completely fine up until this point and I think her urinary issues would disappear as soon as she was in a setting where she felt safe getting to the litter box again. My husband is telling me that this is just too much and I need to rehome the cats. They are a bonded pair so must stay together. I can’t imagine them going to anyone else. These are my babies. 😢 I just don’t know if our home is the best home for them anymore. We want more kids and I don’t think Ellie can handle it. Is there any possible way that someone can take both of these girls and provide them with a safe quiet home?
