Domestic Longhair kittens & cats in The Colony, Texas

Coconut is a gorgeous ,  flame-point siamese mix that is seeking a "cat whisperer "who will understand him. He was in a home with a dog, which was not a good fit. He was always scared of the dog and could be reactive. He also seems to do better with women. Initially when in a home, he is pretty shy and apprehensive, but once he warms up, he likes to be the only animal in the home. He doesn't need a ton of attention, but will seek you out when he does want it. He is also quite the talker. He meows when he wants food, etc. He loves eating, naps, and lounging around the house. He will crawl into your lap and likes to be petted when he feels like it, but doesn't care for an abundant amount of attention. He often just wants to hang out by your side. If you over pet, he will let you know he doesn't like that. He is not a high energy, rambunctious fella. Coconut would be happiest as an only pet, and will do best in a calm household with no young children. Approx DOB 7/12/23 Anyone interested in our dogs/cats will be required to fill out an adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our dogs/cats will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs), FeLV/FIV tested (cats), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in our homes with us so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval. Bear is a black and white Domestic Long Haired Male Kitty, he is very playful and loves cuddles. His favorite toys are anything with a string. He loves to spend his day sleeping on the back of the couch when he is not playing.
