Story
Meet Gumbo! He is a handsome boy who loves to play! A forgotten sock or hair tie on the floor is hours of entertainment to him. Although a little mischievous, after getting all that kitten energy out, Gumbo loves to curl up in your lap with a soft blanket and you'll rarely not hear his purring. He currently lives with 3 large dogs and loves to keep up with his older brothers and play with them. He has made a special bond with one of the dogs in his foster home, so we hope his adopter has a dog that wants to be friends like this (see the photos.) Gumbo has been very good around young toddlers, but has been startled by their loud, quick movements. He has not had the opportunity to be around other cats, but his foster family doesn't think he will have any problems! This sweet and friendly boy would love the opportunity to be a wonderful addition to your family!

Story
Hey, I'm Felix! Yes, I'm that fluffy tabby with the *fabulous* tail and some seriously unique black markings. I was born around August 2024 and saved from the streets by my amazing foster mom, who has learned the art of deciphering my "sassy side. Now, I'll be honest-if you get too close too quickly, I'll probably growl at you. It's my way of saying, "Hey, give me a minute! But don't let that scare you away-I absolutely *love* to be snuggled once I've had a moment to adjust. It's a bit confusing, I know, but that's just me being charming in my own, unique way! I'm good with kids and other cats, and while I'm still figuring out dogs. Treats? Yes, please! I'm a huge fan of those, and I'll show you how sweet I can be for just a little snack. But, because I'm a bit shy, I'll need some time and patience to really settle in. A small, quiet room where I can't hide is the best way for me to feel safe and get to know you. Hiding just slows things down, and I'd rather not waste time! I'm litter-box trained, up to date on all my vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and on preventative flea meds. I'm ready for a home where I can take my time to be the confident, snuggly kitty I know I'm meant to be. So if you've got a soft spot for a fluffy, slightly grumpy, but ultimately lovable guy like me, let's make some hilarious memories together!
