He is still very new, so he is just really unsure of what is going on right now; but, here in a few days, he will start coming out of his shell and his personality will shine. Hi, my name is Batman! Yes, I’m the quiet distinguished looking young gentleman in the tuxedo, with the white goatee, gorgeous golden eyes and soft and shiny coat. I don’t have a family of my own, but I sure would like one. You just might be the perfect family I’m looking for. Calm and patient—like Alfred—are my idea of the perfect family. I start out keeping a low profile. In fact, you probably won’t see much of me to start with. I’ll find a nice safe bat cave to use as my home base and work from there. I’ll start by looking at you to make sure you’re not going to do something rash then day by day I’ll show a little more of myself, explore at night, and after a couple weeks I’ll be running through the house. If you just let me go at my own speed, you’ll be amazed at what a great cat I am. I’ve been told I have the cutest little hop that I do when I’m running. I don’t know about that, but I do love stretching my long legs. I’m not really a fan of being picked up yet, but you can pet me and scratch me behind the ears if I trust you and I will give you the biggest purrs. If I’m not up for petting, I’ll let you know maybe with a swat. I am a smart boy and communicate well. I make little trilling sounds and meow to ask for food, greet you, express happiness or just to have a bit of conversation. I’m not a foodie, but can’t resist a good Churu treat. My favorite toys are springs, ping pong balls, and catnip mice. I get along good with other cats and with dogs and would like to have a young furry friend to play and act crazy with (think Robin). I have perfect litter manners, too. What’s there not to love?
