Story
Hi, my name is Batman!  Yes, I’m the quiet distinguished looking young gentleman in the tuxedo, with the white goatee, gorgeous golden eyes and soft and shiny coat.  I don’t have a family of my own, but I sure would like one.  You just might be the perfect family I’m looking for.  Calm and patient—like Alfred—are my idea of the perfect family.  I start out keeping a low profile.  In fact, you probably won’t see much of me to start with.  I’ll find a nice safe bat cave to use as my home base and work from there.  I’ll start by looking at you to make sure you’re not going to do something rash then day by day I’ll show a little more of myself, explore at night, and after a couple weeks I’ll be running through the house.  If you just let me go at my own speed, you’ll be amazed at what a great cat I am.  I’ve been told I have the cutest little hop that I do when I’m running.  I don’t know about that, but I do love stretching my long legs.  I’m not really a fan of being picked up yet, but you can pet me and scratch me behind the ears if I trust you and I will give you the biggest purrs.  If I’m not up for petting, I’ll let you know maybe with a swat. I am a smart boy and communicate well.  I make little trilling sounds and meow to ask for food, greet you, express happiness or just to have a bit of conversation.  I’m not a foodie, but can’t resist a good Churu treat.  My favorite toys are springs, ping pong balls, and catnip mice.  I get along good with other cats and with dogs and would like to have a young furry friend to play and act crazy with (think Robin).  I have perfect litter manners, too.  What’s there not to love?

Story
Manet is a very sweet girl who is bonded to her brother Matisse. They were trapped as very young kittens and have had lots of love and socialization since then. She takes a little time to warm up, but once she does, she is very loving. She is spayed and has had all her vaccines, including leukemia vaccine with booster. She is also microchipped. Home visit and vet reference required.

Apple may be a little nervous at first, but just like a fine cider, he needs a little time to warm up! This fluffy, long-haired tabby is as handsome as they come, with a coat that looks straight out of an autumn dream. While he’s still figuring things out, we just know there’s a sweet side waiting to shine through—because, let’s be honest, how could a cat named Apple not be delightful? With patience and love, he’s bound to show his true colors and become the perfect addition to your home. Give Apple a chance to blossom—because the best things take time to ripen! 🍏🐾

Story
This adorable kitten is shy with new people and situations. The important thing will be to create a feeling of safety for him by letting him settle in one room of your home with everything he needs: food, water, toys and a litter box. Interact with him during this time so he gets used to you being a part of his new life. He will need toys and lots of time with you, but most of all he will need your patience and love to blossom to his full potential. What my friends of SPCA of Bradley County say about me:"He was a little shy when we first met, but it didn't take too long for him to start purring. He loves getting pets. Gecko Moria is a really pretty little fluff-ball who has a lot of love to give. He is still very new, so he is just really unsure of what is going on right now; but, here in a few days, he will start coming out of his shell and his personality will shine. Would you like to see how bright his light becomes?"As always, introductions to existing family members should be done slowly and over time. Our adoptions team will give you suggestions on how to introduce your new family member! Visit anytime! The Adoption Center is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-5pm. Appointments are not required for adoptions! Primary Color: Black Weight: 3.1 Age: 0yrs 7mths 1wks

Story
Hello, I'm Moon Dancer. I'm a bit shy, but once you get to know me, I'm as sweet as they come. I used to have a special someone who cared for me, but they're not around anymore. I miss them, but I'm ready to find a new friend who can fill the void they left. I've been told I have a comforting presence, a soft purr that can soothe the weariest of souls. I might need a little time to warm up, but I promise, I'm worth the wait. So, why adopt me? Well, I believe everyone deserves a second chance at happiness, including me. And maybe, just maybe, we can find that happiness together. What my friends of SPCA of Bradley County say about me:"She is a sweet girl, but she is still very unsure being here. She spends most of her time hiding, but she loves the squeeze treats. With a little patience, she will come out of her shell. She will let you pet her, but she is very scared. She is mourning the death of her previous owner, so she will need some time.As always, introductions to existing family members should be done slowly and over time. Our adoptions team will give you suggestions on how to introduce your new family member! Visit anytime! The Adoption Center is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-4pm.
