Story
Main and his pal, Whiskers, want a hands-off home where they can be themselves without the pressure to interact. This bonded pair were adopted once before and returned because they were not social enough, but we think they just need someone who understands them! Whiskers is more outgoing than Main and she will lounge around near humans, but does not like to be handled. Both Whiskers and Main are very food motivated, making it easy to get near them for socialization opportunities. Cat-friendly. BARN CAT POTENTIAL! ***Application: www.treetopskittycafe.com/adoptions PetFinder and Adopt-a-Pet inquiries are not answered - please apply or email us at treetopskittycafe@gmail.com***

Story
Purr-Machine!! Please meet Winnie!  This stunning beauty has had a couple of bumps in her life, including being left alone in her home after her owner died. She then came to Forgotten Cats and was placed with a foster. The foster said that Winnie would cry for her owner and search for her. Enough time has passed that Winnie is no longer sad. She bonds with new people and quickly becomes relaxed and comfortable in new settings. It is clear that these early unfortunate experiences haven’t harmed Winnie’s confidence. This plush beauty is a bit of a diva. She has a mind of her own and moves through the world with poise and calmness. We, Winnie’s foster family, are continually learning new things about Winnie as she lives with us. Winnie’s absolute favorite thing to do is curl up near her special people and keep them company. She  appreciates pets and adoring chit chat as she graces you with her elegant presence. Also, this regal feline disdains toys. No running around chasing springs and balls for Queen Winnie!  Winnie is a sweet, friendly girl who loves pets and attention. She has a certain calm and elegant demeanor.  She is about 3-5 years old and weighs 12 pounds.  She loves people and purrs easily.  She was adopted earlier this year, but Winnie decided that she is better as an only-cat.  Winnie is  microchipped, and she is hoping that YOU Will add your information to her chip.  Will you please open your heart and home to Winnie? Winnie’s new foster family has totally fallen for this fluffy, gorgeous girl. She starts to purr the moment anyone enters the room. She is in a bedroom with a cushiony chair and as soon as you sit down Winnie hops up to snuggle in next to you. She has such a contented purr and is the best company, very laid back. Winnie is playing and snuggling with her foster family and is hoping to find her loving forever home.  Please submit our no-obligation Adoption Application to meet and greet or to adopt:  https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/.  Thank you!  (Foster:  Laurie B) November 22, 2024, 12:09 pm
