Artemis is an absolute sweetheart who found herself in a terrible situation after her previous owners moved and abandoned her outside the home she'd known her whole life. She's since had a rough life outside. Artemis is now ready for a loving home and family who would never think of abandoning this beautiful, affectionate girl. Artemis loves to play and will enjoy toys on her own but also loves getting to play with her humans with a laser pointer or wand toy. She really likes being petted and having her ears scratched, and will make an excellent cuddle-buddy for her family. It might take her a second to warm up in her new home, but Artemis adapts relatively quickly to her new surroundings. She will use regular cat litter but does not like the pellet litter or other types. She does not like being picked up but will ask you for affection such as petting her. My name is Peanut! My owner unfortunately had to surrender me due to the new living situation. I`d love a second chance at finding a home! I`m a super talkative girl. I also am a diva and will let you know when I want attention and when I don`t. I can be a bit grumpy, and would be best in a home with no other pets. The group was outside and was brought to the rescue by a kind family who noticed they were wearing old collars that had begun to become embedded into their necks. We believe they were previously house cats and were left behind when their owners moved away. Finch and Sparrow are now ready to find their family. These two are truly a joy and will be a wonderful addition to any home. They are gentle with children and do well with other cats. They are two of the most loving and mellow cats we have ever fostered. Sparrow is a gorgeous and vocal little lady. She chirps and chats all day long! She follows her foster parents around the house (and Finch is always right behind her). Sparrow loves to bask in attention from her people and is usually found lounging in her window seat when no one is available to pet her. She never misses a meal and will certainly let everyone know when she’s hungry. Sparrow is so sweet, well-mannered and loving. She is a quirky girl who will keep her family laughing with her chatting and noises.  Finch is confident, friendly and affectionate. He has never met a stranger and is quick to jump into a lap. He loves to sit in his favorite chair and watch birds and squirrels out the window. He also loves crinkly toys, the laser pointer, cuddling up to watch TV, and his girlfriend. Finch is deeply in love with Sparrow and follows her everywhere! He grooms her, lets her eat first, and is happiest when they are in a room together. Finch is a gentle giant and a great companion. What can I say? Luca is purr-fect. Luca and his friends were rescued earlier this summer from a situation where their senior owner/caretaker was no longer able to care for them. Luca is easy going and enjoys the company of other cats and seems fine with dogs. He is about 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated and has tested negative for leukemia/FIV. He would love to be adopted with one of his cat friends. They are all the cutest and sweetest cats. If you adopt 2, the adoption fee is cut in half. So instead of $200 for two cats, the adoption fee is only $150 for both. All adopters receive copies of all medical records. Meet Marisol (white/grey female) and Maximus (tuxedo male)! This bonded pair comes in at roughly 5.5 months old. Marisol and Maximus came to the vet clinic we use by an elderly man helping with tnr. They were going to be placed in a barn home, and after we met them we realized they had so much more potential! These cuties absolutely adore each other and love the attention of people and other cats. At first Maximus was a little shy but now he’s always zooming around and begging for food. He’s a good mix of loving and playful. He has a very strong personality and is a really confident young man. Marisol is also super sweet and loving. Marisol will curl right up in your arms and take all the love she can get. She is a bit more apprehensive when it comes to warming up but isn’t anything more than slightly shy or introverted. She very much loves people and other animals. These little babies are seeking a home that someone would be willing to give them the little amount of time they need to warm up and become their true selves! They’ve only been in foster care for 3 weeks, so we’re just starting to see their full personalities. They have both excellently litter trained and are adjusted to a two time a day feeding schedule. When we’re not around to occupy them, they play together with spinning ball toys in particular, or you can find them all snuggled up on a blanket together. They really are the best of friends.
