Story
Great Pumpkin is an absolute lover, and a rare female, long-haired redhead!! When she came into our care her fur was extremely matted... it has been cleaned up, and her glorious long fur is beginning to grow back in. After spending time on the streets, Pumpkin is taking full advantage of the good life... she likes to sleep 20 hrs a day, and spend the rest of her day on someone's lap or in the sun! (She's a perfect work-from-home office buddy!) Our vet estimates Pumpkin at approximately 14 years young. She loves jumping in the window to lay in the sun. She doesn't seem to mind other animals, but prefers to be an only pet, collecting ALL the love from her people! Please note Pumpkin has vision loss due to some corneal scarring. Our vet says it is not painful for this sweet senior lady, and does not present any issues or discomfort. For 14-ish years old, the vat says Great Pumpkin is doing well! Looking for an easy-going pal to relax and hang out with? Someone who won't keep you up with late night jungle ball play or midnight zoomies? Pumpkin is the girl for you! Included with the adoption is the kitty's spay, all current-due FVRCP, FeLeuk, and rabies vaccinations for kitties over 1-year, deworming, flea treatment, a wellness check, FIV/FeLV combo testing, and microchipping. In addition to being fully vetted, our cats and kittens are highly socialized. We offer a 2-week getting acquainted period and a 2-week wellness guarantee, so you can comfortably settle in with your new kitty! To apply to adopt, please complete an adoption inquiry at www.bluesmews.org so our adoption specialist volunteer can review it and contact you!

Story
Meet Frank, a charming 6-month-old grey tuxedo kitty with a big personality! This medium-haired little guy is neutered, healthy, and ready to find his forever home. Though he’s a bit skittish at first, Frank is definitely curious about people and warms up quickly—especially if you have treats! He’s extremely food-motivated, loves playing with all kinds of toys, and is a pro at climbing and exploring. Frank is also quite the talker, always ready to chat about his day. If you’re looking for a playful, quirky companion who’s sure to make you smile, Frank is the perfect match! Frank and Beans have developed a close bond and would thrive best if adopted together. Frank’s playful curiosity and Beans’ need for a feline companion make them the perfect pair, offering the best of both worlds—playful energy and a strong friendship. Adopting these two together would ensure they continue to grow and thrive in a loving home!
