Raimond lost an eye early in life when he was suffering as a stray kitten. We nursed him back to health and his eye is now becoming a 'raison eye' (means it is shriveling up) We can also close it-but since he is so young-we want to wait a bit longer. he is a Velcro cat-will follow you everywhere and a big love bug and purr machine!November 11, 2024, 1:33 pm

Story
Fiona is a 3 year old female domestic medium hair tabby cat. Fiona is a wallflower who loves to hide either really high up, or very down low. You won't catch her hanging out in the open or eye level. She loves to hunt down yummy treats and she's really good at it. Fiona prefers her own space and won't bother you. She is just looking for a warm, cozy place to call home. Fiona would not do well in a home with children or dogs but would do great with other cats, and is bonded with her daughter A#10375. Story
Maya is an 8 year old female domestic long hair brown tabby/torti mix cat. Maya's nickname should be Chatty Cathy from the way she comes out to say hello or that she needs attention. The girl really knows how to keep a conversation going. She likes to hide when she's acclimating into new spaces, but she also likes to hide when she's trying to take a nap. Maya loves to snuggle once she gets to know you and she loves to have her head scratched. Maya would do fine in a home with cats and children over 5 years old. We do not know her temperament with dogs at this time. To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. Story
Houdini is a 10 year old male domestic long hair brown tabby cat. Houdini is a sensitive soul who is taking as much time as he needs adjusting to the shelter life. It hasn't been an easy transition for him, because the home he was in was the only home he knew. Houdini needs a patient and loving home who will take time out every day to show him love and compassion. Houdini would do fine in a home with other cats. We don't recommend a home with children. We do not know his temperament toward dogs at this time. Primary Color: Brown Tiger Weight: 12.7 Age: 10yrs 5mths 0wks

Story
Pretty Boy is a 7 year old male domestic long haired grey calico.Pretty Boy belongs on the cover of one of those dime store romance novels - his hair blowing in the wind, an enticing grin on his handsome face, his eyes only for his sweetheart. Is he vain? The better question would be: what cat *isn't* a little vain? He certainly loves attention, and is both very social and purr-fers to the center of your attention. Like a proper gentleman from a romance novel, he is well-mannered and easy-going in his mannerisms, relaxed in any situation. Other than having you swoon over his handsome appearance, his favorite activity is taking naps in baskets - after all, this much beauty requires a great deal of beauty rest. Pretty Boy would do well in a home with other cats, possibly with respectful children, and possibly with a cat-friendly dog.To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture. Story
Amelia is a senior domestic long haired calico.Amelia is an easy-going, relaxed older girl whose purpose in life in snuggles. Any snuggles. All the snuggles. Snuggles with people, snuggles with other cats, snuggles with soft objects and sometimes even with table legs. Does your home have soft blankets or bed pillows or couch cushions? She would very much like to snuggle those, and preferably you too! Though she is an older cat, Amelia is still very social and people-friendly. Her calm demeanor and loving personality would make her a wonderful companion for an older person, or someone who lives alone and needs some love. Though her eyes are clouded and her vision isn't the best, she can definitely make her way around a space once she gets familiar with it. She prefers pets and snuggles to treats or toys, and a peaceful, relaxed home environment rather than one that is busy or highly populated. A sweet older lady who is looking for a quiet, cozy home, Amelia would do well with other cats, with cat-friendly dogs, and with older children who are respectful of her seniority and her limited vision. To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture.
