Izzy needs immediate vet care. She has crystals in her urine and is going outside the litter box. She needs to be put on medication to clear this up. Otherwise she is happy and healthy and the sweetest cat I’ve ever met.

Meet Julius (“Julie” for short!) Julie is a stunning orange long-haired sweetheart with big, beautiful golden eyes that will melt your heart the moment you meet her. This brave little girl has already overcome so much and is now ready for the loving home she deserves. Julie is a true cuddle bug at heart — she would happily spend all day curled up beside you soaking up affection. She’s very talkative and loves to “chat,” especially when it’s time for her favorite wet food! While she can be a little shy when first settling in, her friendly and gentle personality shines once she feels safe. She’s curious and enjoys exploring her surroundings, loves people, and has shown interest in both other cats and dogs. Julie is fully litter box trained and is such a very sweet girl who just wants love and companionship. During a cold snap, Julie unfortunately lost part of her ears, but she’s handled it like the brave little trooper she is — and it only adds to her unique charm and sweetness. God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. Hockney's story in pictures: Hockney is a loving, warm kitten who is a little quieter than his brothers. He's very active but just doesn't trumpet his conquests as much as his siblings. The pictures depict Hockney asking for HEB Lone Star crackers, helping himself to the bag, licking his lips for crumbs and then satisfied because he got a cracker! (He takes his crackers to the food bowl for eating.) Please note that he isn't covered in household dust--that is cracker dust! Small Cat is a Big Lovebug. Small Cat prefers seeing the world from a bird's eye view, and he would like to have a cat tree or other surfaces to climb on in his new home. His perpetually perplexed expression delights all passersby. Small Cat swears he isn't confused, he just prefers to gather information with his eyebrows raised and mouth agape sometimes. Once he's scouted out the best cuddle puddle or scratching spot, he's quick to pounce on the opportunity. After he gets his medium-to-large sized body into your lap, he's not leaving! So make sure you bring a book to read and something to eat before you sit down. My beautiful fur is my claim to fame. Underneath my regal, stern appearance hides a loving, gentle and very vocal gentleman. I am careful to approach another kitty and keep my distance when warned with one simple hiss or growl. I am curious and love exploring my surroundings but most of all being loved on. Although cinnamon can have a kick it is known to heal. I too can heal, a little time with me will calm you, lowering stress levels day after day.
