Hi, my name is Clara! I am an absolutely STUNNING long haired swirled tabby. I’m kind of a big girl and most people think I’m a boy at first glance. My face is very regal and it draws people in… what can I say, I’m a stunner. At first I can be a little shy, but I enjoy affection and being petted - back scratches are my favorite. I’m not a big fan of being held, but that may change with time. I enjoy basking in the sun, sprawling all out on the floor, and playing with catnip toys. I am great with other cats and I have excellent litter box habits. My new perfect family NEEDS to that understands it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I adjust. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell - I really am a wonderful cat. Come meet me any day between 1-5pm to see if I’m meant to be in your family! Hi, I’m Lucifer! I’m a sweet, loving guy who enjoys being the center of attention (I mean, who doesn’t?). I prefer to be the only cat around, so I can have all the snuggles and attention to myself. I’m very affectionate and love spending time with my humans. I do have a special need when it comes to my diet, though—I have to stick to a prescription food (Hill's Science Diet Urinary Care C/D to be exact) to keep my urinary crystals in check. It is a little bit more expensive than your average food, and I am a little bit more high maintenance than your average cat but I totally deserve all of the love and care in the world. I was found near a local business, no identification. After kind folks realized that I was homeless, I secured a spot at Animal Ark. I`m looking for a new home where I can be treasured like the petite princess I was meant to be. Staff and volunteers have found me to be very sweet, outgoing, and affectionate. I did test positive for feline leukemia, a common virus that effects about 2% of the U.S. cat population. It is not transmittable to humans or species other than cats.
