Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hide and seek enthusiast looking for a quiet home and a lap to call her own!    Fluffy is a quiet, sweet mature cat who loves attention from her person and lap time. She has a gentle meow when looking for you or her food and a gentle hiss if you pet her in the wrong spot or pick her up. She communicates her boundaries well without aggression. Chin scratches are her favorite!   Fluffy coexists with other cats as long as they respect her boundaries. She would prefer to be the only cat. Dogs make her nervous; she hides when she sees them.  Therefore, an ideal home for Fluffy would be a quiet home without young children, dogs or cats.    Fluffy is still playful with cat toys, loves catnip and shows affection with lap time and rubbing on your leg. Fluffy loves to follow her human around and watch quietly as you go about your day. She likes to hide in closets but comes out of hiding when you call her name.   Fluffy loves dry kibble and crunchy treats. Fluffy doesn’t like canned food.   Fluffy is a very easy going cat who would love a person all to herself! Fluffy is from a local reservation. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, I’m Nutmeg! I’m a 2-year-old cat with long, soft fur that’s as cozy as it looks (though it does shed a bit—sorry about that!). I’m a playful, friendly guy who loves being around people. My favorite thing is cuddling up on your chest and resting my face against yours. It’s my way of saying, “I like you!”  I’m very much a “people cat”—I’ll follow you around, and if you’re in the mood to play, I’m all in. I love a good game and can get really excited chasing toys. Oh, and if you have treats, I’m definitely interested! Food is a big motivator for me, and I’ll happily do whatever it takes for a tasty snack. I’m also pretty good at letting you know when I’ve had enough petting—if I start gently nibbling your hand, that’s my way of saying, “Okay, I’m done for now.” I like being brushed, although I have to get to know you first! It's spooky when people I don't know yet touch me all over.  I’d do best in a home with kids who understand that cats need their space and can respect my boundaries. If you’re patient with me, I promise I’ll be a loyal and affectionate companion. I am a bit scared of my foster parent's high energy dog, but I am learning to be around her.  So, if you're looking for a playful, cuddly cat who loves to hang out with you, I’m your guy! Let’s enjoy some fun and treats together.   Nutmeg is a Stray Surrender from St. Paul, MN. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application.
