Story
Spruce~born~November 2020Spruce is a gorgeous cat. She looks like she is a Nebelung, which is sometimes called a Longhaired Russian Blue.Spruce and Hickory are a bonded brother and sister who were rescued from a hoarding house. Despite that they are very very sweet. They didn`t keep birth records in that hoarding house where Hickory and Spruce were first rescued but we think they`re siblings or maybe, given how differently they look, half siblings. They definitely consider each other family and we`re going to make sure they get to stay together. Spruce is the super-floofy gray girl. She`s very chill and loves to cuddle. Humans make the best furniture, right? And give her some head scritches and she`ll reward you with her Geiger counter purring. Note: Hickory and Spruce currently live in a foster home with several other cats. Some of them they get along with and some they don`t. Our preference is for them to be the only pets in their future home but other situations might work out too. _____The adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test, spay/neuter and microchip! Please click on the links below for our:Online Adoption Application: https://paawarren.org/adopt/adoption-application-form/Details and info on Website: https://paawarren.org/

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If interested in any of our animals for adoption, or to foster an animal, please fill out the respective application here to get the process started. Visit our FAQ webpage for commonly asked questions about our adoption/foster process. My name is Whiskey! I am a Domestic Longhair Black Kitten. I am very spunky and have a big personality. Playing, running, and jumping are the ways I spend my days. I enjoy playing with my brothers and sisters, but am also okay alone. I am a little hesitant of cats outside my brothers and sisters and dogs make me a little nervous.  I will be available for adoption around 11/4 after I am sterilized. If you would like to meet me please fill out an application on our site! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by. November 15, 2024, 8:52 am
