Story
LILY is the sweetest cat. She would make the perfect emotional support animal. She is gentle and quiet, she loves to be petted. She is happy to live in small spaces, like a dorm room or studio apartment. She doesn’t have any teeth, so she can only eat wet food. She is very afraid of other cats and dogs, and she is allergic to fleas. She was spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped in October 2023, and she is located in Mechanicsburg PA.

Story
Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue AFFECTIONATE AND GOOFY Meow! My name is Theodora! My estimated date of birth is 10/6/2022. I was once a friendly stray, but thanks to the amazing folks at Forever Love Rescue, I’m now living the indoor life I’ve always dreamed of. I’m so grateful!! I’m a super affectionate kitty who’s likely to become your favorite lap cat once I settle in. I love jumping on my human’s lap for pets and will even give headbutts once I trust you. I might need a little time to adjust, but trust me, the wait will be worth it! I have a playful and goofy personality that will keep you entertained. My absolute favorite activities include chasing after my laser pointer, pouncing on tossed toys, and having a blast with my feather-on-a-stick toy. Oh, and did I mention how silly I can be? I make the cutest, quirkiest noises when I’m happy or playing, and I’m known for my impressive “parkour” skills! I absolutely adore other cats and warm up to new people quickly, so you won’t have to wait long to see my charming side. With my gorgeous long hair, I love a good brushing session, and I promise I’ll be a photogenic star (if only I could hold still for more than a moment!). I’m currently in a foster home, just waiting for someone to take me home and shower me with love. Let’s make some wonderful memories together!Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. I am a real sweetheart who enjoys being picked up and held and loves everyone I meet. I will require daily brushing for my beautiful long thick fur. I get along well with other cats and children, and have a friend in my foster home named Samson. Story
This long-haired black tuxedo beauty has been around the block a time or two. Ruthie is a middle-aged Karen with high standards and strong opinions. She cuts the deli line with zero regard and demands to speak to the manager. She loves people (most of the time) and is comfortable with dogs (as long as they know she's in charge), but is a total diva and needs to be the only cat in your life. She loves to sleep in bed with you and snuggle against your neck. Ruthie is a tidy, quiet, litterbox expert and a perfect roommate.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Pidgey is a petite, fluffy snuggly girl-though we think she's about 8, you might just have a forever kitten on your hands (without the bad kitten behavior!)! She loves being around her humans, acting as a shadow as you move around the house, and enjoys playtime with you or on her own. One of her favorite pastimes is trying to convince you to get into bed to cuddle, where she can find her perfect snoozing spot. Pidgey is well-behaved (with superb litter-box manners!) and can get along with other kitties with the proper introduction. Pidgey was surrendered with her older sister Neazy, but they can be adopted separately.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Neazy! Neazy is a well-behaved and easy going senior, just looking to enjoy life in a new home. This fluffy senior kitty likes to spend her day snoozing in her favorite cat bed, occasionally attacking a wand toy or her favorite blue mouse, and watching birds out the window while basking in the sun. Though Neazy is a sassy old lady, don't let her RBF fool you! She's a sweetheart who loves humans and chin-scritches, still enjoys a good romp in the catnip, and shows her excitement with "shaky-tails" when receiving pets or treats! This ole' gal has a lot of love left to give. Neazy is well-behaved and has great litterbox manners, and while she will tolerate other kitties, she won't be their best friend. Neazy was rescued from BARCS with her younger sister Pidgey, but they can be adopted separately.
