Story
Hi! I’m Aphrodite, and I’m a total gem! I’m a year old and looking for my forever home. I love cuddling with my foster mom and taking naps in her arms as often as I can. Being the center of attention is my favorite, and I adore all the love and pets I can get! I’m a pretty chill cat who loves relaxing in the sun and soaking up the warmth. I may not play much with toys, but I’m happy to watch the world go by from a window perch while I nap. I’m also fluffy and love being brushed — I do think of myself as a princess, after all! I prefer a home where I’m the only cat. I can get overstimulated and a little scared if there’s more than one cat around, so I’d do best in a calm, quiet environment. My first year was a bit unstable, and I’m still working through some anxiety, but once I trust you, I’ll love you deeply and loyally. If you’re looking for a loving, cuddly companion who enjoys peace and quiet, I might just be your perfect match!

Submit your application here: www.passportanimalrescue.org/app Panther is a low-key guy who likes attention whenever it's food time! He isn't bothered by much, likes toys with feathers, toys on sticks, and laser pointers. He's waiting to meet you at our White Marsh Petco adoption site! All of our adoptable pets have their age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, feline leukemia and fiv test, spay or neuter surgery and a microchip. We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.

Story
This long-haired black tuxedo beauty has been around the block a time or two. Ruthie is a middle-aged Karen with high standards and strong opinions. She cuts the deli line with zero regard and demands to speak to the manager. She loves people (most of the time) and is comfortable with dogs (as long as they know she's in charge), but is a total diva and needs to be the only cat in your life. She loves to sleep in bed with you and snuggle against your neck. Ruthie is a tidy, quiet, litterbox expert and a perfect roommate.

Story
Hi, my name is Caroline and while I am a little more reserved then my companion, Cinnamon, I am just as friendly. I love getting pets, and like when cinnamon grooms me. Once I settle in I enjoy playing with toys and lounging in the center of the catasorus doughnut! I spent the first few years of my life on and off the streets of Baltimore, but am way to passive to make it out there. I would really like to find a forever home for Cinnamon and myself.

Story
This orange floof is such a dreamboat, and has so much character we don't even know what to do with him. He is SO friendly we can't believe someone abandoned him. He wants to be in your lap or held like a baby and makes endless air biscuits while purring his little heart out. And then suddenly he'll get a burst of zoomies and dart off after a toy! He's very playful and loves to chase and bat things around on the floor. He's a gorgeous, goofy boy with whiskers for days, pretty green eyes, and only two teeth! His teeth were in rough shape when we found them and he had to get most of them out. The only two left are his bottom fangs, so now he's got little warthog tusks that sometimes catch his upper lip and push it into an ADORABLE Elvis lip curl. MEDICAL NOTE: Dreamsicle did test positive for having the Feline Leukemia virus (FeLV) in his system. His bloodwork shows that he has a regressive infection, meaning that the virus is in his system in low numbers and he does not have a symptomatic progressive infection. However, it is possible that the virus could reactivate later in life and become transmissible. For this reason, Dreamsicle should be adopted out as a solo cat to adopters who are prepared to handle his medical needs in the unlikely but possible event of a reactivation of the FeLV virus. We hope someone will be willing to give this boy a chance because he has SOOO much love and laughs to give!

Story
Flynn is a wonderful guy. He is shy at first, but if you give him a few days to warm up, he is very loving and cuddly. We originally agreed to cat sit Flynn and his sister (Hazel- she has anxiety about moving and new peoplenot sure if we should try to rehome them together or not)for 3 weeks. That was in March of 2020. Their owners abandoned them with us and moved away without telling us. We already had 4 cats and a dog, but we were able to provide a loving home for them. However, our circumstances have changed; we now have 2 children under 2. Flynn is great with the boys, but I am spread too thinly taking care of 2 babies, a dog, and 6 cats, and he deserves a family who can devote more attention to him. Flynn would likely do well as an only cat, but he also does well with all the pets here. I would be hopeful that whoever takes him would be willing to send me a picture or update about him a couple of times in the first few months of him joining your family. He is family to me.

These pups are in Baltimore, Maryland too!

Story
Chanel is a proper prom queen. She`s got The Look. She`s got The Personality. She`s got...Diarrhea? Well, sometimes, yeah. Before we talk about her special needs when it comes to `powdering her nose`, we want to properly introduce Miss Popularity - Miss Chanel. A social butterfly who loves to play with other kitties and even small dogs, she`s like one of those popular girls who is popular because she`s SO pretty and SO nice and SO cool and you almost hate her but can`t help but to love her because she`s just so....PURRFECT. Even Chanel`s hobbies help highlight her best features: she stares out the window at birds and squirrels, catching the sun in her perfect blue eyes. When she naps, she curls up with her foster mom with her soft, gorgeous fur and smells like lavender and sunshine (well, we don`t know that for sure, but just look at her. that`s our guess). She even has a big room all to herself, but honestly, that`s the part we`re hoping to change. Chanel came to AARF as an extremely tiny kitten and due to a congenital condition that resulted in an inability to pass poo, she underwent a surgery that removed most of her colon. After over two years of healing and care with her foster family, she is finally ready for adoption. Chanel is on a special diet along with B12 and probiotics that help keep the booty-floods at bay. Now and then, there may be a drop of poo, but honestly, a little scat shouldn`t dissuade you from adopting this otherwise perfect cat. Chanel has blossomed in her foster home, but spends much of her time in a big, comfy private room - when she would much prefer run of the house with a family of her home. She`s labeled `Special Needs`, but honestly, her needs are primarily a family that will maintain her diet, and give her the endless love she deserves. If you want to go home with this Prom Queen, contact us to learn more about her!My adoption fee is $150.00 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we`ve already been spayed/neutered (if age appropriate) and microchipped. We`ve been checked by a veterinarian, and we`re up to date on age appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus and panleukopenia). Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely
