Story
Rico is a loving, playful, cuddly, 4 year old boy. I wish I did not have to get rid of him, however my oldest cat has developed major behavioral problems since I gave birth to my daughter, and specifically will go after Rico. I know it will be easier to find a good home for Rico, and it’s my only option at this point. He’s a great cat, loves people when he warms up, gets along well with others, and would prefer to have a playmate to hang out with. He does have medium/long hair, but it’s easily maintained with occasional brushing. I’d love to find him a home where he can be appreciated for the loving boy he is.

Story
Big Kitty is a 13 year old black and white female cat. She has been in same home for 13 years. She has been fixed but does not allow the vet to give her shots. She did have rabies shot in 2022 but they were not able to give her any other vaccines. She is very scared and hard to get her to cooperate at the vet. She has been around dogs and cats in the home but chooses to stay to herself and not interact. She does like to come out and interact with us and be pet but she only does that for short periods at a time then she goes back and lays down. She is not aggressive just moody! My son who has her now is moving in March and cannot take her with him. We have contacted family and friends trying to find her a home but with no success. We do not want to take her to a shelter but he will have to if we cannot find her a new home before March. This has been a very hard decision for all of us, but we pray we can find her a good home to go to that will take great care of her!!

Story
Forrest is a handsome 9-year, 4-month-old orange tabby with a gentle soul and a tender heart. He recently lost his bonded friend while in the shelter, so he’s been navigating a big change and will need a patient, understanding home where he can feel safe again. Forrest is shy at first—especially around men, other cats, sudden noises, and things like brooms—but once he starts to feel comfortable, his affectionate side truly shines. He loves head rubs and scratches and will happily rub his face into your hand when offered. 💛 At bedtime, Forrest has already shown his sweet, loving nature. He enjoyed sleeping in bed with his foster mom, alternating between cozy snuggles right beside her and stretching out at the end of the bed. He also has a fondness for cardboard scratching pads, which are one of his favorite comforts. Forrest would do best in a calm, quiet home with someone willing to give him time, gentleness, and reassurance. In return, he’ll reward you with soft snuggles, sweet companionship, and the kind of love that only a grateful, gentle cat can give.
