Visiting the shelter is a primary condition for adoption. The ability to download, print, and fill out an application at home to bring with you is merely a convenience. Adoptions will not be done online, over the phone, or through FaceBook. All adoptions are done at the shelter. As per the adoption agreement, for their own health and safety, Kitty City cats are to be indoor cats only. And, under no circumstances is a Kitty City cat to be maimed by "declawing". **Adult cats adoption fees are only $50 for the month of December** Sweet Lou Lou was part of our Grinchmas litter that came in in December. However, he found himself being returned due to a life change for his owners and is now searching for his true furever home. Lou Lou Who is a total cuddle bug. He's more than happy to lay in your lap as long as you're willing to sit. He has a great purr that he releases shortly after you start petting him. If you try to stop petting him before he's ready, he will reach out with his paws to try to snag you and pull you back into your duty. He doesn't mind being picked up and carried around either. He has a beautiful black and white coat. My personal favorite is the smudge of black under his nose. Sooooo stinkin cute!! Lou Lou was best friends with a small dog in his past home. He should have no problem joining a house with other dogs so long as they are respectful. Sweet Lou Lou is impatiently waiting for his forever people to find him so put in your applications now if this handsome face is calling to you. ##1890832##
