Meet Romeo! hes about 6 years old. I’ve had Romeo since he was kitten and he’s strictly an indoor cat. General behavior: Romeo can be very shy & get anxious but he just needs some time to warm up. Hes very to himself but likes to be petted here and there. Romeo needs someone very patient and is willing to get to know his personality. Likes & dislikes: Romeo enjoys treats, naps and loves to rub against you while letting out sweet purrs but does not like being petted for to long. He’ll let you know when he needs his space. Home: Romeo would be best in a home where there aren’t any children or multiple pets involved as he does tend to get very anxious, but he’s getting a bit more comfortable with slow introductions. Romeo is pretty well behaved he’s very vocal when he’s hungry. 🙂 Romeo is longing to find his furever home. ❤️🐱

Ginger is my first pet as an adult and is so beloved. I got her when I was a junior in college off of Craigslist. She just turned 8 years old. She is very small for her age, only about 7lb. Growing up she was always in a very quiet environment with no other animals or many visitors. She would do well with a 1-2 adults in the home and no other pets. She is not aggressive at all just not living her best life as I live with my puppy and my roommates adult dog and cat.

She was rescued 10 years ago from going to the shelter with her Mom (short-haired calico) and Dad (Tabby Maine Coon) She had a little tail (hence the name) which has since blossomed to her Maine Coon traits. Gertie is timid and has become submissive to her fellow feline in the home, Oliver (see adoption) She is an Indoor cat ONLY, and litter trained, until a few times lately with Mr. Oliver being the Boss over the cat pans. So they need to be separated, with each of them looking for their own loving family and home. They each love to take a daily stroll on their screened in patio then return to the comfort and safety of their home inside. Gertie loves affection from her humans as she enjoys laying with them in the chairs while watching TV at night. She's a light eater and in good health. With severe allergies amongst family members limiting family time together, Gertie needs her forever person ready to love her as soon as possible.

They have raised Ohannah for a few months now and she is sweet and healthy. They love her very much and it was hard for them, but felt that their home was not the best fit. They have two very rambunctious dogs that make Ohannah uncomfortable. So they asked us to take her in to our rescue. Ohannah's foster home is quiet, but Ohannah does not appear to like other pets at all. She needs to be queen of her household! Ohannah is a sweet lap kitty and just as gorgeous. She has the longest whiskers and a beautiful coat that will require daily brushing, which is a great bonding tool. She will be fixed the 2nd week of April and will be available shortly after!
