Story
Gorgeous PUDDY TAT is a very friendly boy who loves to be brushed. He is good with friendly dogs & cats. He is about 2 years old. Come into to meet this great kitty. He's been waiting to meet his Fur-Ever family. We believe he would do great in any household. He does need to stay on his prescription kitty food, Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets UR St/Ox Urinary, at least until your vet may approve a change. He was showing some crystals in his urine, so this food keeps that from happening, as long as he stays on a SO food. He is more than worth it! If you already have a cat that's on some kind of prescription urinary SO food, perfect! Then PuddyTat will fit right in! Apply at WhiskersPetRescue.org ##2263510##

Story
Rosemary is a beautiful 13 year old calico girl. She is such a loving sweetheart of a kitty! She recently had surgery to fix an issue with adhesions of her eyelid to her eye. This was due to untreated herpes eye infections in the past. She is now mostly healed and is ready to find her forever home!! She does have some permanent scarring on her eyes, but she can see just fine. If she has any flare-ups in the future, she may need some eye drops. Herpes virus is extremely common in cats, many have it, and a little bit of inexpensive lysine powder in the food seems to help avoid flare-ups.  Rosemary is unfazedby visiting dogs at her foster home, so we think that with a proper introduction she would be fine with a non-aggressive dog. She has been fine with children, too, although she may prefer a quieter home. Maybe someone that is home a lot, as she loves company and attention. Rosemary is a real lap-cat and love to be you, and sometimes she gets so happy that she drools a little, LOL.  Rosemary deserves to have a safe and loving home!  She can't help this minor issue. She will become your best friend! Apply at WhiskersPetRescue.org. ##2235186##

Story
Bethany is a stunning long-haired tortie with a heart as warm as her luxurious coat. Though she may be a little shy around new people, give her some time, and she’ll reward your patience with endless love and devotion. Once Bethany trusts you, she becomes a snuggly shadow, happily following you from room to room. This sweet and mellow girl enjoys a bit of play now and then, but her favorite pastimes are lounging in sunny spots or curling up next to you on the couch for quiet companionship. She’s a laid-back, docile soul who gets along with other cats, though she would do best in a calm, quiet household where she can feel safe and secure. Bethany’s gentle nature makes her the perfect match for someone looking for a peaceful and loving feline companion. If you’re ready to share your home and heart with this beautiful tortie, Bethany is ready to be your loyal friend for life. Bethany was born around May 1, 2023, and is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. She is fixed, up-to-date on shots, is microchipped, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV.  All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found on our website at www.fosterandforever.org. Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.January 23, 2025, 7:57 pm
