Meet Esther, a.k.a. Mama (A092175)! Esther is fifteen years young and looking for a loving home at the shelter! Esther lost her home because her mom had to move to a nursing home. Although her world has been turned upside down, she is ready to love again. Please give this sweet older lady a chance to win your heart. She has so much love to give and can't wait to go home! All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. Story
Estimated Birthday 07-15-2024 Okay to live in a home with... KidsDogsCats Physical Description Fluffy medium-length fur, blind in left eye (eye has been removed). Personality Percy Jackson is very friendly and loves to play! He loves being brushed and is even okay being pet on the belly. Gentle when playing. Likes to rest and look out the window. May be bonded with Fiona Apple, but would be okay in any home with other animals.  Percy and Fiona were rescued from an emergency room setting after being treated for severe injuries to their mouths. They are both fully recovered and do not require further care but Percy was noted to have ocular changes in his right eye requiring it to be removed. He is currently recovering from that surgery but we wanted to mention it here as his current photos do not reflect that.  This kitty has what sort of characteristics? Story
Selena is an indoor-only diva who is playful, loving, and chatty. Selena spends most of her time napping and looking out the window. When she wants attention, she will follow you around until she can hop into your lap for her favorite type of attention: chin and ear scratches. She loves to play fetch with her favorite type of toy: fuzzy pom-poms. She is also a huge fan of cat teasers/wands. Selena has lived with other pets. She gets along with well-socialized cats and dogs, so long as she has somewhere to retreat and recharge her battery when she needs to. I will be moving and unfortunately can't take her with me, so I'm hoping to find a loving home for her.

Story
Here's Casey! Affectionate and shy! We are looking for a "foster to adopt" situation. Get her into a loving home, see how she does, consider making it permanent. Casey is a long haired gray and white female cat about 1-year-old. She is a very gentle cat and she loves sitting on laps and petting. ❤️ Casey has a bit of anxiety and she needs a quieter, stable home with someone who will spend a lot of time with her, give her the confidence she needs and help her feel safe. ❤️ She purrs loudly as soon as I pick her up. She leans into me and clings to me when I hold her. She is curious about her surroundings and explores her environment, but she is easily startled and hides when she feels uncertain. ❤️ Casey was found in a neighborhood, the only surviving kitten alone with her mother. Her mother was sweet and beautiful but feral, so we helped her get spayed and vaccinated and then we let her go home to the neighborhood she loves. It's possible that Casey's anxiety stems from having been the only kitten. ❤️ She loves being held and loves cuddling and petting. In a home with someone she trusts, Casey will blossom! 🌸 Casey has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is looking for an indoor home with a loving person or family. Please feel free to share this post. Let's find her a good home! Contact us at 650-740-8333.

Story
Tigger is an adorable, affectionate gentleman looking for a new home because his guardian became ill and can no longer care for him. Tigger is used to being an indoor cat and has excellent house manners. He is used to being loved and adored and would make the perfect house mate! When you pet him, he grooms you back and gives very gentle kisses! If you are ready to fall in love, please let us know!
