Mr. White and Darcy have lived together since Darcy was a kitten and are a bonded pair.    Darcy is a sweet little lady. She loves to be pet and pampered. If you find yourself sitting down, she will likely join you and want to sit in your lap or on your chest so that she can snuggle close to you. Darcy likes to play with toys and she likes to jump out to scare her older brother, who is a very good sport about it. During the day, you can find Darcy either napping in a warm dark spot in the house, grooming herself, or walking around waiting for someone to pick her up. This cat has a lot of love to give and would do well in a relaxed home, preferably with no other pets or small children as she startles easily. Manny has been coming out of his shell and he will meow at you for attention.  He loves to be pet but can get over stimulated and may nip.  This has decreased tremendously as he has gotten more comfortable.  He is still working at feeling trustworthy of new people.  Manny allows a 3 year old toddler to pet him but would not recommend him in a home with very young children. The 3 year old is able to walk right over to him and pet him, he does not run off and will rub his face against her and meow at her for more attention. Manny is looking for a forever home where he gets a lot more attention.  He does get along with other cats and tolerates large dogs. Jigglypuff is an independent and intelligent young lady who knows that beauty is only skin deep. She is seeking a home that will play with her, give her attention when she asks, and who won't treat her like a collectible. She enjoys having an equally matched, gentle playmate, a warm lap waiting for her, and thanks patient people by cuddling up at night. She lives with large, patient, and ambivalent livestock guardian dogs; a dog that ignores her and keeps its distance. Jigglypuff carries the Himalayan Gene, which causes albinism on warmer parts of the body-this mutation has resulted in tortoise-she'll colored points on her ears, snout, tail, and feet. While she 'looks' like a Siamese or Fancy Colorpoint, without a pedigree line, she is simply a Moggy or Mutt born in a field. Jigglypuff is a sweet, playful lady who is seeking a family who appreciates her inner beauty more than her looks.

Articuno is a tortoiseshell point with crossed eyes that will melt your heart. This sweet girl is gentle, shy, and affectionate with the people she is closest to. She is a passive cat that would benefit from a confident role model in her forever home. During the day, she can be found napping in the sun and chasing toys-but at night she crawls up close with her foster mom under the covers. Articuno lives with small, active dogs but would prefer they were less hands on with her. Articuno can be adopted with a friend from our program or to a home with a feline companion. She does best with teenagers and adults who use toys and treats to win her over.

Personality Percy Jackson is very friendly and loves to play! He loves being brushed and is even okay being pet on the belly. Gentle when playing. Likes to rest and look out the window. May be bonded with Fiona Apple, but would be okay in any home with other animals.  Percy and Fiona were rescued from an emergency room setting after being treated for severe injuries to their mouths. They are both fully recovered and do not require further care but Percy was noted to have ocular changes in his right eye requiring it to be removed.
