Story
Hi, my name is Blue Man and I'm a big, handsome guy who is ready to be back in a loving home. I'm a real catch if I do say so myself and I can almost guarantee you'll fall in love the moment we meet! I've got a number of qualifications to peak your interest including giving hugs and kisses, making you endless biscuits, and even sharing some of my tricks with you! The only catch is that the shelter is not my happy place and you won't see all my wonderful attributes until I can go home. I have shared space with a dog and would likely be ok with another cat. But honestly, I'm just looking for a person or people to call mine! Come visit me at Woods in Atascadero and I'll see you soon! Primary Color: Grey Weight: 17.7 Age: 4yrs 0mths 1wks

Story
My name is Baby Bear, and I’m a big, handsome boy with long, luxurious black fur and one special white whisker that makes me stand out. I recently arrived at HART with my three housemates, and while I’m still adjusting to all the new sights and sounds, I’ve already shown my sweet and gentle nature. I love being petted and will happily soak up affection once I feel safe. The most important thing in my world? My beloved sister, Penny. We’ve been through everything together, and she gives me the comfort and confidence I need. We’re a perfect pair, and we’re looking for a home where we can stay side by side, just like we’re meant to be. Could that be with you?

Story
Hello there, I’m Sunshine—a stunning 10-year-old long-haired tortie with a one-of-a-kind coat of orange, black, and white. My markings are like a masterpiece, unlike anything you've ever seen with beautiful bold colors around my face, blurring as they get close to my tail. I may be a little cautious at first, but if you take the time to earn my trust, you’ll discover that I’m an affectionate lovebug at heart. Face and chin rubs? Absolute heaven!I’ve experienced both the great outdoors and the cozy comforts of indoor life, and as I’ve grown wiser, I’ve realized that a warm, loving home is where I truly belong. Other cats? I could take them or leave them—except for one very special boy. My best friend and “brother from another mother,” Sweet T, has been by my side for as long as I can remember. We make a perfect pair, and I would love nothing more than to find a forever home with him. If you’re looking for a sweet and gentle duo to fill your home with love, we just might be the perfect match. Let’s meet soon!

Story
Hi, I’m Penny! I’m a 6-year-old girl with long, luxurious black-and-white fur and the sweetest pink nose (or so I’ve been told!). I recently came to HART with my three housemates, and I’m still getting used to all the new sights and sounds. Change can be a little scary, but I’m a sweet and gentle soul who loves being petted once I feel comfortable. The best thing in my world? My brother, Baby Bear. He’s my rock, my comfort, and my best friend. We’ve always been together, and we need to find a home where we can stay that way. If you’re looking for a pair of loving, devoted companions, Baby Bear and I would love to meet you. Maybe we’re just the family you’ve been looking for!

Story
Hello, future best friend! My name is Greyson, but everyone calls me Grey. I’m a stunning 10-year-old long-haired gentleman with a soft grey coat and an even softer heart. I’m a peaceful soul who adores humans of all ages—babies, toddlers, grown-ups—you name it! Even gentle dogs don’t ruffle my fur. The only company I don’t enjoy? Other cats. So, I need to be the one and only feline in your life, but trust me, I’ll fill your home with enough love to make up for it!I love being close to my people—stretched out beside you and soaking up all the petting I can get. I’m also quite the conversationalist when I want attention! When I’m not chatting or cuddling, you’ll find me lounging in a sunny window, watching the world go by. And when it’s playtime, nothing excites me more than a wand toy—I’ll swat and pounce with the best of them. If you bring out the catnip, watch out! It brings out my inner kitten in the most delightful way. To keep me thriving, I need to eat a senior support diet. Regular brushing is a must to keep my luxurious coat looking its best, but I promise to purr in gratitude. If you’re home a lot and looking for a loving, loyal best friend, I’m your guy. Let’s be each other’s world! 💙

Story
Does your kitty need a kitty friend? Statler is your boy! He is a very chill, non-demanding, one year old beautiful kitty with luxurious fur that he keeps very clean and nice. He enjoys face scratches when he's lounging, but otherwise keeps to himself or plays with his kitty friends. He is a wonderful big brother to the new foster kittens in the house, he is so gentle and loving to them. He'd make a wonderful pair with any of our foster kitties, but he must go to a home with a kitty to be his friend, so that he'll remain his happy cutie self!
