Story
I adopted Penny from an event at the mall in Pleasanton in 2014, when she was 8 weeks old. She has been a wonderful cat, very sweet and affectionate and a true lap cat, insistent on being on my lap all throughout the day (I work from home). Penny is shy at first with new people but warms up after a while. She is not shy at all with me, of course. She is playful and loves the fishing pole toy as well as her favorite cat nip stuffed toy that she "hunts" at night and howls for to let me know she's made her "kill", it's very cute. I found out in May that I am pregnant with my second child and will be having to move to Idaho before the birth of this baby. I simply cannot take Penny with me. With a newborn, a 9yo daughter and my daughter's cat Nora that she is extremely bonded with, I fear that Penny will end up neglected and lonely. I want to see her go to a home with someone who is around most of the day, someone who loves cats and will appreciate Penny's love for laps!!

Story
What makes me super? I'm playful, goofy, and I love making new cat friends Preferred sidekicks: cats, calm/polite dogs, teenagers Tony has spent his entire life in foster care and is hoping he can launch into your home for one last mission. Tony was born to a feral mother during our work on a project in Vacaville. He has watched 3/5 siblings go home and is hoping he is next in line. Tony is playful with wands, balls, and loves cardboard scratchers. His favorite pastime is getting a bath from his foster brother, Bernie. Tony takes 1-2 days to feel comfortable in a new home and would be happiest with your feline or his brother, Alfred. At events, Tony pretends to be invisible, but he does well in personal meet and greets. He adores treats, having his nails trimmed, and will compete to be first in his foster family's lap.

Story
What makes me super? I'm playful, love to keep laps warm, and I have a handsome squirrel tail My preferred sidekicks are: teenagers, calm/low energy dogs, and cats Alfred likes to spend his time curled up on his foster mom's lap and is hoping to find a home similar to hers. While Alfred has been to multiple foster homes (to increase his experiences), he still needs 4-6 days to feel comfortable in a new space. He has always done well with new cats and warms up to teenagers well. He could be adopted with his brother Tony or with another confident and outgoing cat who will share and make him feel welcome. Alfred has lived with dogs-but isn't a fan.

Story
What makes me super? I love to chirp, play, and explore My preferred sidekicks are cats, teenagers, and calm/polite dogs Rocko was a hand raised kitten who wasn't given the environment that every feline needs to be happy. He and his brother Filbert were deprived of cat trees, toys, affection, and adequate resources for two growing boys. Since their return, their foster mom has proven that they are NOT 'aggressive, unhandleable, and destructive monsters' but rather gentle, talkative, and sensitive boys who are desperate to please. Both boys excel at nail trims, being brushed, enjoy cuddles, and do well in a high energy environment. We would love to see them stay a pair, but feel as long as Rocko finds a home with someone devoted to him, he will thrive.

Story
What makes me super? I am playful with toys and like climbing into laps My preferred sidekicks are: cats, calm dogs, tweens Jigglypuff is an independent and intelligent young lady who knows that beauty is only skin deep. She is seeking a home that will play with her, give her attention when she asks, and who won't treat her like a collectible. She enjoys having an equally matched playmate, a warm lap waiting for her, and thanks patient people by cuddling up at night. Jigglypuff carries the Himalayan Gene, which causes albinism on warmer parts of the body-this mutation has resulted in tortoise-she'll colored points on her ears, snout, tail, and feet. While she 'looks' like a Siamese or Fancy Colorpoint, without a pedigree line, she is simply a Moggy or Mutt born in a field. Jigglypuff is a sweet, playful lady who is seeking a family who appreciates her inner beauty more than her looks.

Story
What makes me super? I am gentle, playful, and make new friends easily My preferred sidekicks are: cats, calm dogs, tweens Articuno can take a few days to thaw out with new people, but bringing her sister Zapdos home with her will electrify your world. Tico is a gentle girl who does best with less activity and patient folks who give her time to feel secure. She enjoys sleeping with her foster parents, cuddling her cat buddies, and taking treats gently. She lives in an adult home with small/active dogs who are well trained to let cats say hi first. Articuno carries the Himalayan Gene, which causes albinism on warmer parts of the body-this mutation has resulted in seal colored points on her ears, snout, tail, and feet. While she 'looks' like a Siamese or Fancy Colorpoint, without a pedigree line, she is simply a Moggy or Mutt born in a field. Articuno is a sweet, gentle soul who is seeking a family who appreciates her inner beauty more than her looks.
