Story
Jeannie: Sassy, Saucy and a little bit bossy! This 10 year old gem of a girl will keep you on your toes. Like most mature women, she knows what she likes and knows what she doesn’t. Likes: play, making biscuits, rubbing her face on hair brushes, Greenies cat treats and time in the sun. Dislikes: other cats, full body brushing (even though she needs it as a long hair girl), getting petted past the point that she wants to be petted, hands coming at her in play (hands aren’t toys any way 😊). As with most mature women, she is quite vocal and holds great conversations.

Story
Meet Bailey, a gorgeous and mellow cat searching for her forever home. While Bailey may take a bit longer to warm up compared to her friend Bella, she is well worth the wait. In her foster home, she's gradually become more social and now seeks out her foster mom and is starting to enjoy playtime. Bailey likes affection on her own terms, but that just makes those special moments when she curls up on your lap even more precious. She especially loves lounging in a sunny spot by a window or screen door, soaking up the warmth. Bailey is closely bonded with Bella, so they need to be adopted together. They aren't too fond of other cats or dogs and would prefer being your only furry family members. They would do best in an adult-only home or one with gentle older children. Excited to meet this lovely pair? Fill out an application today to schedule a visit!.

Story
Beautiful Pia is mom to 3 other cats: Cleocatra, Leo and Rio. She is gentle and calm and shy and lived her early years as a yard cat. The people who were feeding the whole family asked us to step in and help them to find a better life. Now that are all spayed and neutered and living here in our cat community. 2 of these cats, Leo and Rio, are probably too afraid of humans to be adoptable, but we believe that Pia and little Cleo could be house cats if someone took the time to socialize them. We are able to touch both of them now that they are used to being around people at the shelter, although they haven't quite decided if they enjoy it yet! These 2 are rather bonded and we think they would do best as a pair so that they have a companion as they learn to trust humans. They are both very petite and beautiful girls with adorable ear floofs. They are very gentle and incredibly adorable and it's hard to not fall in love with them once you're around them. If you are able to foster this mom and daughter and have a quiet home, along with time and patience, the results would be so rewarding! Experienced cat people would be a plus. Apply today at www.jellysplace.org.

Isis is a beautiful girl, but alas may not be for everyone. She came to us from a feral colony, and is very timid and fearful around people. She is doing well in our cat community and hanging out in the catio her kitty pals.

Story
Best Match: Seeking an adopter with some cat experience Could join a calm home with cat savvy older kids May be ok with other cats Needs to be indoor only On a special diet and needs a monthly arthritis shot (done at vet) Leia’s charm is undeniable! She’s a mellow senior black cat, confident and comfortable in her own fur - which happens to be extra fluffy. She’ll delight friends and family with how quickly she cozies up to them or asks to be brushed.  Leia does like to be part of the action and may vocally express her dismay if she’s not among the people talking and laughing. She’ll sweetly seek your attention with affectionate head butts, asking for pets, and purring in return.  Like most cats, Leia has a preferred daily schedule. She’ll meow to let you know when it’s time for breakfast, a mid-afternoon snack, dinner and a late night snack. In between, she’ll find cozy places for napping. After dinner, Leia would like to be next to her person on the couch, perhaps enjoying some low key wand play. There’s more snuggling at bedtime — after that last snack, of course.  Leia has Stage 2 kidney disease managed with a prescription wet food only diet and a daily hydration supplement. She also has arthritis that’s treated with a monthly vet given injection and a daily joint supplement added to her food. She is also slightly visually impaired, but it doesn’t seem to bother her! This easygoing senior simply wants a peaceful, caring home where she can live her best life and feel like family. If you’re looking for an affectionate calm companion who’s happiest when she’s by your side, Leia is the girl for you! She’s spayed , vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV. Story
This is Bellatrix! She is a wonderful, loving cat that loves to play (she plays fetch, chases a laser, swats at toys on a string) and snuggle! She is a stunningly beautiful cat that is all black with medium long hair and is super smart. Bellatrix (Bell Bell for short) has all her shots, is fixed, microchipped and house trained. I am hoping to re-home her to a wonderful home because she deserves nothing but the best. I am rehoming her because she became, over the last year, unfriendly with my other animals and she will need to be the ONLY animal in the house. Bellatrix will take some time to warm up to people — she can be very shy but once she does, she shows so much love and affection!!! I am running low on time to rehome her, unfortunately, so please reach out to me as soon as possible if you are interested! please email at : Michstevens5488@gmail.com
