Tiana is a very sweet and loving cat. She is a DLH calico with soft fur. She loves to be picked up and held and will put her arms around a person's neck. She is super affectionate and loves people and craves human attention. She is also playful and especially enjoys playing with interactive toys like the Cat Dancer. She makes a unique sound like a frog croaking, so she's named after Tiana in Disney's, The Princess and the Frog. Tiana does have FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but it’s not a big deal! With proper care, FIV-positive cats like Tiana can live long, healthy, and happy lives. What you need to know about FIV: FIV stands for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus: It’s a slow-acting virus that can weaken a cat’s immune system over time, making them more susceptible to infections. How it’s transmitted: FIV is spread through deep bite wounds between cats. Was found outside the door, so we took him in, but could never afford much for him. Hes extremely sweet, but even if we could afford him, my wife is allergic to cats. I love him so much, and he's never been outside since being a little kitten at our door, and has only been in contact with healthy vaccinated animals.

Marmalade came to us from a hoarding situation. He is one of over 16+ kitties. He loves to hide. He was in a home with other cats and dogs, but they were left to fend for themselves for over 2 weeks, since their mommy became homeless. He is a little stressed right now and will need a safe loving home to decompress in. He has been with us for a little over a week now. The adoption fee is small just to recover his neuter. He has interacted with our 6 year old grand daughter so I think he would be good with kids, but hadn't had exposure before to my knowledge. He was recently neutered and it was estimated that he is 3 years old and almost 7 pounds. He has been with Butters since he joined our family. I would love for them to go together, but not required.

Hallow was the cat of my late uncle. I took him in after he passed, but I already have 3 cats and cannot care for more safely. He is very friendly with people but seems to have trouble with trying to assert dominance over the other cats, which is leading to vet visits and trouble. I cannot continue to care for him. He would do best in single cat home.

Geisha came to us after her 38-year-old owner died from brain cancer. Geisha is big, incredibly soft and a bit shy. She is a black and white tuxedo with funny face. We just adopted a dog that I cannot trust around the cat. I need to find her a good home. She’s 12 yrs old. Very playful and loves attention. She is a really nice cat. She doesn’t mind other animals. My other 2 dogs and her got along great!

Stripes is a bit skittish. He is friendly when it is quiet and calm. He is strictly an indoor cat. He was outside a couple of times and will hide behind a bush until you let him back in. He will likely sleep at your feet at night and under the bed during the day. He has lived in a home with 2 other cats and a dog. He is ok with kids as well but will avoid them if they are loud and rambunctious. Stripes is about 8 years old and has no health issues. Since he is a long hair he does have a tendency to get his fur knotted up and he will pull out tuffs of his fur as he grooms himself. He is declawed in the front. Unfortunately I am getting married and my fiances dogs do not tolerate cats.
