Story
Hello,my name is Athena and I’m a 3 yr old mastiff mix. I’m a local pup that was found abandoned, but that’s ancient history. I’m thrilled Potter’s Angels Rescue was able to take me in and now I’m working on putting on some weight and building back my confidence. I’m a smart cookie and I am quickly learning the rules and some new tricks in my foster home. My two favorite things are being near my people and playing ball. My foster dad says I have good manners when I’m playing - even though I love playing fetch, I’m not a ball hog. My foster mom thinks it's hilarious when she gives me a dog biscuit and I “bury” it in my crate - she doesn’t understand how good a midnight snack can be. I seem to do well with calm dogs after slow introductions. I haven’t been cat tested but I haven’t shown any interest in the resident ducks so may do well with dog savvy cats.
