Story
Hello, my name is Abby! I am a 3 1/2 year old female Bordeaux Mastiff that weighs approx. 80lbs. I was surrendered due to my previous home relocating, and they are not able to take me with them. I am a very mild-mannered girl that enjoys just hanging out with my people. I was raised in a home with other dogs and children. A meet and greet is always suggested if you have another dog in the home. I am shy when meeting new people, but I warm up quickly. I am house trained, and leash trained. I would love to find a home that has experience with my breed and needs. If you are interested in making me part of your family, please submit an adoption application located here: https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/. RAC staff will be in touch with approved applicants in order to schedule a meet and greet. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, current on my rabies vaccine, microchipped, basic boosters are up to date, and I am heartworm negative.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
