This pet was brought in as a stray and will NOT be available for adoption through our program. All stray animals brought in are posted on the gallery to hopefully be reunited with their families. Each pet is evaluated upon arrival, and throughout their stay, at the Animal Center and we do our best to place the animal in the setting most appropriate for them. Sometimes, they may be better served through one of our Transfer Partners due to the intervention needed, ongoing care required or a quieter setting for that individual. We want our animals to put their best paw forward. Please help Baxter find a new home! He is a beautiful 9 year old Great Pyrenees and English Mastif Mix. He has lived in a townhome for the past nine years in an urban setting. Sadly, his owner has to rehome him for personal hardships and life changes. Baxter loves other dogs but has never lived with other animals. He is food protective. He is healthy and up date on all his shots and medical care. He is a large loving 150 pound dog. Please help Baxter.
