This handsome man is Roscoe! Roscoe was adopted from the NSPCA back in 2023 and was recently returned. Roscoe is described as being playful, affectionate, independent and extremely sweet. Roscoe is looking for a home with no cats and preferably no dogs however he tends to do well with female dogs on a case to case basis. Roscoe would love a home where he can lounge around and play from time to time. If you are interested in Roscoe and his story ask a member of the CARE Team about him today!

This sweet girl is Bailee! Bailee was originally adopted from the NSPCA back in July and was recently returned due to no fault of her own. Bailee is housebroken, and is known to come and give kisses and nudge you to let you know when she would like a potty break. Bailee is good with children of all ages, dogs of all sizes, and she loves to play with cats but does not realize they are not dogs so she can be a little rough with them. She loves playing with toys: chew bones, tough squeaky toys, balls, and stuffed animals (although she really just likes to de-stuff them). She is known to be a big snuggle bug and will love on you all day if you`d let her. Bailee would benefit from a home with a large backyard where she can run and play to her hearts desire and would absolutely love another dog to play with. Herbie is a lovable 70-pound Boxer mix with a heart full of gold. About a year old, he was found wandering the back roads of Tennessee without a collar or microchip, battling a tough case of mange. While no one has come forward to claim him, Herbie is now looking for his forever family! His skin is healing beautifully, and his sweet, curious nature shines through more each day. ‍&#226&#153&#130&#239&#184&#143 Herbie enjoys his daily walks and is getting better at leash manners. He’s also learning to curb his excitement when greeting people! He’s great with other dogs and, after playtime, is happy to sit quietly by your side. He hasn’t been tested with cats or kids yet, but we think his gentle personality would be a great match for the right home! Critter Cavalry Rescue is a Middle Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) that travels to the Northeast states weekly, helping high-risk homeless animals like Herbie find loving homes.
