Story
Bruce is high energy, loves running and playing fetch. We adopted him from the Bastrop pound last August. His birthday was 4/14, turning 1 year old. He is kennel trained. He is used to daily outdoor activities. He is house trained. He also prefers to be clean. If left without a toy he will chew anything available. He is walk trained through Lara’s Canine Solution, where we did invest $1200 in their 2 week training. He is great at walking and running because if that investment. Our family life doesn’t support Bruce’s high energy. We both work 50 hours a week and have a young child. He needs someone who is active and can take him along with them and spend more time with him. He would go well with older children and teens as well. He is playful with other dogs. He gets along well with Cats, but does like to bother them. We have 2 and he enjoys chasing them. We care about him and want him to go to a wonderful home.

Rufus was found on Easter and has been a total sweetheart ever since. This Boxer mix is loving, eager to learn, and doing great in his foster home. He gets along well with other dogs and kids, sleeps in his crate at night, and is already making great progress with potty training. Rufus also enjoys his toys and is starting to show off his adorable little “teef”! He’s ready to find a loving home to keep growing and thriving.

Breaker is a handsome Great Dane mix a little over a year old who is ready to find an active, committed family to call his own. At around 65 pounds, he’s a wonderful blend of big-dog presence and goofy puppy charm. Breaker is currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, but he can be transported to the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast United States for the right home. Breaker thrives on activity and he still has that classic puppy energy, so he’s looking for a family that understands the importance of positive correction, consistency, and continued training to help him grow into the best version of himself. With the right guidance, Breaker is eager to learn and please. One of Breaker’s favorite things in the world is going on adventures. He absolutely loves riding in the car and would be thrilled to tag along for hikes, outings, road trips, or any fun day spent exploring with his people. Water is another big favorite—splashing, wading, and cooling off are right up his alley. When playtime rolls around, Breaker is all in. He loves toys of all kinds and enjoys playing with dogs his own size. Most of all, Breaker wants to be with his people.
