Story
Elastigirl is more than just a dog -- she's a clever, courageous, and cuddly superhero on a mission to find her forever sidekick! This incredible girl thrives in a calm, adult-only home (her superhero headquarters) where she can help save the day, one cuddle at a time. Superpowers: - Stealth Snuggler: Known to infiltrate blanket forts and cozy couches at lightning speed! - Master Detective: With her sharp nose and curiosity, she'll sniff out every inch of the neighborhood on long walks. - Mind Reader: She knows the moment you open a jar of peanut butter and will give you a perfect paw shake in return for a taste! Secret Talents: Elastigirl is housetrained and can hold down the fort when left alone for long stretches. She's super treat-motivated and already knows "sit, "stay, and can give you a left or right paw to help out with washing her paws (or just for fun!). She might take a bit to warm up to new faces, but once she does, she's the sweetest, most loyal teammate you could ask for. Hero's Lair Requirements: Elastigirl is looking for a quiet, low-traffic home base where she can relax between her adventures. She's content to be your one-and-only, but could also share her home with another well-matched pup. If you're someone who appreciates a little excitement and a lot of love, she'll be right by your side, ready to save the day (and snuggle up after)!

Hello there, I'm Biggs! I'm a seasoned fellow with a heart full of sweetness. Independence is my forte, but I'm always up for a friendly pat or a fun game. My smarts are unparalleled, and loyalty is my middle name. I am deaf but I understand hand signs and know commands. I am a goofball and love a good laugh. People say that I am a gentle giant. Oh, and I adore treats! Life's been an adventure, and I'm ready for my next chapter. I promise to bring joy, laughter, and steadfast companionship to your life. Wanna come over to APA! and meet? I'd love a comfy home and foster friend to go home with.

Story
Nala is approximately 3 years old. She is not spayed. She was adopted from San Antonio. We have limited information per the person who facilitated for us to adopt Nala. She is supposed to have shots, but never received the record. She is house trained. She seems to get along well with out Doodle. We have older kids and she is fine with them but she does not like younger children. She is very mellow and likes to be indoor not outside so much for walks. She does have some behavior issues such as taking foods off the counter and loves to go through trash, so trash cans have to be locked away as well as doors shut. Overall rehoming her as she is pregnant :/ which is not something that we anticipated. Taking her back to previous owner is not an option and in addition, she is becoming more aggressive with smaller children.

Story
12/28/2023 Koala is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Koala! I am an 9-year-old handsome flashy fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to a change in my family’s dynamics and we no longer have access to room to run and play. My brother, Kuda, is also available for adoption and we would love to stay together, meaning twice the amount of boxer love for our forever family! I am described as friendly, active, calm, playful, quiet, obedient, and affectionate. I am dog and kid friendly! I currently live with my fur brother and a 6-year-old kid and do well with both. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly and a proper introduction would be needed. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my crate. When the owners must be away and I am left alone I do okay but am excited to see my human when they get home! When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, my small rubber tire toy, being outside, my brother Kuda, and cuddling. If you think my brother and I would be a great addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them our names because we are waiting to meet you! ##1900087##
