Meet Jett! He is a young, male pup who is new to the rescue and is described as being extremely smart, since he is already learning sign language! Despite being deaf, Jett has taken well to other dogs, cats, and kids, making him an ideal companion. He loves playing and is protective, affectionate, and loyal. Jett is athletic and is working on his leash walking. He would make a great addition to any home, especially one that is ready to give him all the love he deserves. Consider giving Jett his forever home today! Dogos are a wonderful breed but we urge anyone interested to dig in and do a lot of research before deciding if they are a good fit for your home. They require a lot of attention and training with them never ends! Boundaries must be enforced and they often need reminders as they push past boundaires you set! Dogos are loving, kind and gentle but don't mistake that for weakness because they are equally powerful and intense as well! Everyone in the home must be on board with having a dogo and play a major role in their daily routines and training. Yes it is work, but the rewards are ten-fold! Lazy homes don't work for dogos as they need stimulation, exercise, and lots of attention too during their younger years. Our goal in rescue is to be as transparent as we can about each and every dog plus make sure new families really understand the needs of a dogo!

Cubby is curious, cuddly, and cute. This young, strapping pup has been described as a great mix of active but chill. He enjoys his play time, and will happily romp and leap after toys in the yard. Or he`ll merrily join you for a meandering adventure walk, leading with his nose. But he`s also nicely attentive to his person. He listens well and you can tell he has a bright mind that`s just waiting for the chance to shine outside the kennel. Cubby also prefers to take plenty of breaks for pets and cuddles. He`ll lean right in to encourage you - or he might hop invitingly up on the bench (or couch) and wait for you to join him. Cubby loves other dogs and seems like he`ll be good with cats too!
