Story

Sage was acquired November 2020 from a breeder in Texas that specializes in Dogo Argentinos. Ever since we have brought Sage home, he has been every definition of what you would think a dog should be. Loyal, obedient, loves kids and is self sufficient. He loves attention and belly rubs, & is super intelligent. He will notify you when he needs to go outside, play and more. He has an extra soft spot for the woman in his life for sure. Do to unfortunate events in our living situation, we have to find him a new home with someone that would care for him and give him the attention he deserves. Sage definitely has a personality of his own and is nothing but a joy to have around. He is sensitive to those with seizures and barks aggressively when he senses one coming about. We have not trained him to respond to this, therefore his reactions are "excited". This is the only "fault" he has. No history of aggression ever.

Foster or foster to adopt family needed for Kyla!! Kyla was brought to the shelter by animal control when she was found living in a car with her owner who loved her dearly but could not keep her since she was homeless. Kyla was taken in by a shelter and waited many months for someone to come and get her. She has been a staff and volunteer favorite and has been easy for everyone to handle. . Sugar is just as sweet as her name. This little pup is happy, playful and fun. Sugar is 11 months old and she weighs just about 40 pounds. Sugar is a Boxer/Lab mix who was part of a litter of 8 puppies, all with excellent temperaments. Most have already been adopted into loving homes and now it's Sugar's turn Sugar is good with dogs, people and children. She has not been cat tested but we will test for an approved adopter.
