Montana is a handsome 1-year-old 55lb Dogo Argentino looking for his forever home! This energetic pup is short-coated and white.He is fully house and crate trained and would do best either as an only dog or, an adopter who is committed to doing slow introductions over the course of a few weeks. HIs excitement gets the best of him! At this time, Montana is not suited for young children under 14 due to his energy levels.Montana's foster family describes him as incredibly sweet and affectionate, with a penchant for exploring outdoors and chewing on bones. However, he thrives best in calmer environments and benefits from structured routines and regular exercise, needing at least an hour of activity each day.While he's adjusting to indoor living, Montana is still learning to manage his energy levels and would do best with someone experienced in bully breeds who can continue his training. Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities. However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.
