Story
Montana is a handsome 1-year-old 55lb Dogo Argentino looking for his forever home! This energetic pup is short-coated and white. He is fully house and crate trained and would do best either as an only dog or, an adopter who is committed to doing slow introductions over the course of a few weeks. HIs excitement gets the best of him! At this time, Montana is not suited for young children under 14 due to his energy levels.Montana's foster family describes him as incredibly sweet and affectionate, with a penchant for exploring outdoors and chewing on bones. However, he thrives best in calmer environments and benefits from structured routines and regular exercise, needing at least an hour of activity each day. While he's adjusting to indoor living, Montana is still learning to manage his energy levels and would do best with someone experienced in bully breeds who can continue his training. He's neutered and in good health, with no known medical needs.Montana is a great working companion, and would thrive with a family that enjoys working with working breeds and power breeds. If you're ready to welcome Montana into your home and help him become the best version of himself, please reach out to learn more about this loving pup.If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $250.
