Story
Kodak is looking for their forever home! WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Kodak (Koko for short) is quick to steal your heart with his puppy eyes. He is a dog who loves the company of people for an overdose of pets and belly rubs, and will seemingly begin to melt into your hands when you're giving them to him. When it's time for some activity, Kodak loves a good walk. He especially loves to keep his nose to the ground to explore, and would love either a backyard or someone who will take him on long walks to take in all the smells. He seems completely potty trained as far as his foster can tell, and has not had any accidents in the house or his crate. Kodak is an easy going guy, he is happy to hang around by himself but will get up to show you how excited he is to see you! He loves a good sniffari adventure and will wait politely by the door until you are ready to leave! On days when you can't be giving him attention, Kodak has done well in his crate and loves a good nap on a soft bed. Kodak can get a little nervous around other dogs, and needs a slow introduction when meeting them. However, he is doing well with the resident dog at his foster home now that they've become accustomed to each other, and they even play the occasional game of tug-of-war with some toys. He's great with meeting new humans too, but we are working on him not jumping since he's just so excited to meet new people, and he also can pull on his leash when he's excited about his walk. Koko would add a ton of love and happiness to any family looking for a furry friend, so reach out to meet Koko today! ATTRIBUTES: Kodak has done well in foster with other dogs but requires a slow introduction with dogs. -------------- Laila's Legacy Animal Rescue does not guarantee that any dog is housebroken nor crate trained. Story
I got Ace from a breeder in Silver Spring last year in August. He’s a purebred dogo argentino but is deaf. Hes a very sweet dog who has a lot of energy with other dogs but is kind and loving. Ace is a year and a half and definitely still has puppy energy. He will need someone who is willing to put in the time to work with him in his new home. He’s very smart and can learn quick. I would keep him myself, but unfortunately not longer have the funds to keep him and properly train him

Story
Mocha is a year and eight months old. She was born on 3/3/2023. We acquired her from someone who had her parents and was looking to rehome some of the puppies before taking them to a shelter. Unfortunately, soon after adopting her, my mother fell ill with cancer and I became pregnant. I didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked working on training her, however during the few months prior to my pregnancy, we did manage to teach her quite a bit. She's a bit reactive towards other dogs, so I'd prefer she go to a home with an experienced owner who can handle strong dogs. She gets along great with other dogs her size that like to play rough. Ideally I think she'd do great in a home with a big yard where she can get lots of exercise.

So, you think by being named after the INFAMOUS Rhaegar Targaryon I would lead a SUPER EXCITING life, right?? Fighting for my kingdom all the time, secret affairs and annulments, right??? Well I am BORING compared to my namesake :) And that is ok, I am just a BIG puppy trying to make my way in a BIGGER world! Now, I AM a Dogo Argentino and you don't run across our breed very often in the rescue world but the rescuers know that as a big puppy I need strong family leaders- to keep me out of trouble :) And I need to go to a family who will not SECRETLY annul our adoption and not give up on my big puppy ways. You have to know that I am very loving and play like a big galoof with my brother and foster siblings. I will thrive in a home where I can get lots of attention as well as you teach me how to be the bestest Dogo you have ever met!! Exercise my brain and I won't get bored :D AdOPT ME SOON!!! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Musa, Mufasa, Mush, Mu, the cutie who goes by many names and is just a happy go lucky pup! Thanks to his foster family he is nice and healthy now, and just a bundle of love he wants to shower on every being he meets. He loves a nice walk, especially if it means squirrels and rabbits to dream of catching one day. His foster is working with him to be okay to greet everyone without abundance of enthusiasm that looks like some jumping, but it's hard for such a happy pup! Musa currently lives with another dog and does a beautiful job coexisting and understanding boundaries. He has the most beautiful markings of one tan ear, speckles of tan on the other and a freckled muzzle. At a healthy weight his coat is super soft and he is sure to give you kisses in exchange for pets. His sweet eyes will capture your heart in no time! With such a happy wagging tail he got a case of happy tail and has a spot that is healing up really nicely now that he has space out of the shelter kennel to move his wiggly butt around. Musa does wonderfully in the crate at night and when his foster needs to leave the house. He is also house trained and game for some snuggles after getting his zoomies out. Musa lives up to his nickname of Mush as he will make your heart a pile of mush in love with his playful sweet self! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ADOPTION DISCLAIMER: At Perfectly Paired Pitties (P3), we aim to provide accurate information about all of our animals to the best of our abilities. Story
Herbie is a lovable 70-pound Boxer mix with a heart full of gold. About a year old, he was found wandering the back roads of Tennessee without a collar or microchip, battling a tough case of mange. While no one has come forward to claim him, Herbie is now looking for his forever family! His skin is healing beautifully, and his sweet, curious nature shines through more each day. ‍&#226&#153&#130&#239&#184&#143 Herbie enjoys his daily walks and is getting better at leash manners. He’s also learning to curb his excitement when greeting people! He’s great with other dogs and, after playtime, is happy to sit quietly by your side. He hasn’t been tested with cats or kids yet, but we think his gentle personality would be a great match for the right home! Critter Cavalry Rescue is a Middle Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) that travels to the Northeast states weekly, helping high-risk homeless animals like Herbie find loving homes. For more info on our mission, adoption fees, and drop-off points, visit us at CritterCavalry.com! &#226&#156&#168 Could your family be the one Herbie's been waiting for? &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 Email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com to request an adoption application.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.November 11, 2024, 7:28 pm

Story
Good with: Dogs Not tested with: Cats, kids House trained: Yes Energy level: Medium Noise level: Some Hi, Im Gabby, but some people like to call me "Happy Dog" because I always seem to be smiling! Im a friendly and loyal pup who absolutely adores my people, and Ive got just the right balance of playful energy and calmness. I love short walks, car rides, and running around in the backyard, but Im also polite and well-behaved in the house. You wont catch me grabbing anything thats not my toy! Ive had an injury to my shoulder, so I walk with a cute little "hop." That just means I prefer a few short walks each day instead of long ones, but dont worryit doesnt slow me down too much! I can still go up and down stairs and love running around during playtime. Im a happy-go-lucky dog who enjoys fetch, zoomies, and hanging out with other dogs. I get along with most dogs, though I can get a little overwhelmed in big groups at the dog park. I know my basic commands like sit, stay, and come. Im house-trained, crate-trained, and can be trusted alone during the day if you need to go to work. I also used to get distracted by bikes and scooters on walks, but after some training, Im much better now! I might pull on the leash a little at first, but just remind me to "slow," and Ill listen. Id love to find a forever home where I can get short daily walks, plenty of love, and maybe some evening playtime. Im great for a first-time dog owner and would even do well in an apartment! If youre looking for a loyal, playful, and happy companion, Id love to be your new best friend! My foster guardian says: "My favorite thing about Gabby is her loyalty and goofy smile!" Likes: Toys, bones, scratches, sunbathing, morning walks, lounging on the couch, riding in the car, fetch, zoomies My ideal home: I am pretty flexible and would be happy in a variety of homes! I've happily lived in the city and in the suburbs, with other dogs and without in the home thanks to my foster families.
